The details of vacant seats and the Schedule of Second Round of Admission to fill the vacant seats to be held on Thursday, the 28th July 2011 are given above. 2. For M.B.A., M.Sc. - Chemistry, M.Sc. Tech. Mathematics and M.A.-English, there are no vacant seats. In case any seat

falls vacant due to cancellation in future, the students on the waiting list will be contacted in the order of merit by email/on phone to fill the vacant seats. 3. For other programs, details of the seats remaining vacant after the First Round of Counseling-cum-Admission are given above. Students on the waiting list/merit list, as applicable, are being contacted in order of merit and the interested students are being advised to remain present in the Second Round of Counseling-cum-Admission to be held on Thursday, the 28th July 2011 at the time specified above. 4. Those students who were called during the First Round of Admission, but were not present, are eligible to be considered on merit for admission during the Second Round of Admission, subject to availability of seats. They may remain present on the day and time specified. However, they will be considered only after all the students in the Waiting List are considered. 5. For M. Tech. Compt. Sc. & Eng. program, only one seat in the ST category is vacant. This seat is now open to CUCET Students of ST category. They are being contacted on email/phone. CUCET students of ST category are advised to remain present for the Second Counseling-cum-Admission Round as specified above. Merit List of CUCET students in ST category has been put up on the website. 6. *Admissions to M.Tech. under Sponsored Category: Those who have appeared for CUCET-2011 and wish to be considered under sponsored category for admission to either M.Tech. (CS&E) or M.Arch. programs, are advised to remain present on Thursday, the 28th July 2011 at 10.00 A.M. as specified above along with all documents. They will be considered on the basis of the eligibility criteria and merit, subject to verification of relevant documents. If they have not submitted the application along with a copy of the sponsorship letter from their employer, they are advised to do so by email (admissions.curaj@gmail.com) before 27th July 2011. 7. Only those students who are called/are eligible to be considered for the Second Counseling-cum-Admission Round as per the above details are expected to attend the Round. It will not be possible to entertain others. 8. Students who have applied for a Program of CU-R, but whose CUCET results are not available, are required to pursue their case with Central University of Tamilnadu. Their cases can be considered only after their CUCET result is available, subject to their merit and availability of seat. 9. As already notified, only those students who are called for the Second Round and are personally present will be considered for admission. Those who are not present at the time of admission process will not be considered and they will forfeit their claim to admission. Those who are offered admission will have to confirm acceptance of the admission by depositing the relevant original certificates and paying the required fees on the same day, failing which their admission will be cancelled and they will forfeit their claim to admission. The payment can be made by DD in favour of Central University of Rajasthan payable at Kishangarh or by cash. 10. In case no students are available in a given category, conversion of seats will be made as per rules. 11. After all the seats are full, Waiting List will be maintained. In case of any cancellation in future, the students in the waiting list will be contacted in order of merit to fill the vacant seat. There will be no further Rounds. 12. Category-wise Merit Lists for each program have been put up separately on the University website www.curaj.ac.in . Similarly, Program-wise Waiting Lists, wherever prepared at the end of the First Round, are also displayed elsewhere on the website. 13. Students are advised to read the conditions given in the circular entitled Admissions to all the PG Programmes -2011-12 dated 5th July 2011 under the link First Counseling-cum-Admission Round 2011-12 on the home page on University website www.curaj.ac.in They are also advised to read the conditions given in Schedule for First Counseling-cum-Admission Round : Admissions 2011-12, also available on the website.

Any discrepancy or error in the details of seats, waiting list, merit list etc. are subject to correction. It must be noted and appreciated that though not obligatory, the students are being contacted on phone/by email only in good faith in keeping with the student friendly practices of the University. As already notified, it is the responsibility of the students to be in touch with the University In any matter, decision of the University authorities will be final.
