EXPERIENCE:
M/S GECO Mechanical & Electrical Ltd Sharjah/Dubai/Abu-Dahbi/Al-Ain Projects Engineer(Electrical) 2003 to Present Compiled data and wrote reports regarding existing and potential engineering studies and projects. Executed daily operations of skilled manpower allocation for different execution tasks. Assisted in developing capital project programs for new equipment and their installations. Wrote, designed and produced electrical diagrams, load schedules and power schematic drawings. Operated computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform engineering tasks. Was instrumental in all types of electrical drawings. Directed and coordinated construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements. Supervised 40-60 employees, scheduled work hours, resolved conflicts, determined salaries. Oversaw project production efforts to assure projects are completed satisfactorily, on time and within budget. Successfully managed a 40-person team consisting of electricians, foremen, supervisors, electrical draftsmen and site-engineers for complete execution of projects since the beginning to the handing-over. Investigated and tested vendors' and competitors' products. Successfully handled projects of MEP budget of over 250-Million Dirhams. Developed budgets, estimating labour, material, and construction costs. Structured and maintained controlled storage facilities and drafting offices at each project. Conferred with engineers, customers, and others to discuss existing and potential engineering projects and products.

Collected data relating to commercial and residential development, population, and power system interconnection to determine operating efficiency of electrical systems. Sold quality optimised projects to different clients including Sharjah Government. Conducted field surveys and studied maps, graphs, diagrams, and other data to identify and correct power system problems.
