Analysis Some people who have a history of mental illness can recognize other persons, aware of when and where they are presently are, and who are they. She easily get bored and shows actions like crossing of arms or putting her hands on her face. When she is not in the mood on an activity, she will keep quiet and frown. The client was able to remember her familys names, especially her parents. She can recall her provincial address, though not completely. CALCULATION The client was able to count one-to-ten in a slow and fast manner without interruption and no help of other people.
