Afghanistan Operations this Employment Contract entered in to by and between "Contrack International Inc. - Wazir Akbar Khan Tel. 020 2102931 hereinafter called the Employers, operating under Company Registration (C.R.) No. 10467 and HAMID KHAN with Passport No: E4303731 an INDIAN National hereinafter called the Employee, and is comprised of the rights and obligation hereinafter set forth: 01 The employee hereby agrees to work for the Employer as HVAC TECHNICIAN or in other job as so instructed by the Employer for the period of twelve months commencing from the date of joining. The Employee shall receive a monthly salary of US $ 700. 00 (US $ Seven Hundred Only) and shall pay his taxes in Afghanistan or his home country, if any.

The Employer will provide the Employee with food or food allowance, accommodation and transportation to and from job site during Employee's work tenure. The Employee shall be entitled to overtime whenever overtime work is done over and above normal working hours. Overtime is not paid except as may be authorized by CII's P.M. On completion of every Six months continuous service, the employee will be eligible for 15 days paid leave & air ticket for Kabul - Delhi - Kabul sector or closest city to home of record. The Employee shall be entitled to free medical care through such facilities as the Employer has available within Afghanistan except cost of spectacles, lens, dental cosmetic incurred by you. Your pl~ce of work shall be anywhere in Afghanistan that the company designates. However the Company has the right to transfer you to any Group Company in Afghanistan and outside. During the contract period, you shall not be allowed to take up employment with other organization anywhere in Afghanistan. This service contract offered to you is valid for a period of one year and is renewable on mutual consent. You and the company have the option to terminate the appointment at any time by giving to the other one month prior written notice. If you request for repatriation or resigned before the expiry of the service contract with the company, you have to bear the cost of return journey. You will be on probation for a period of three months to establish your suitability. During probation if you are found unsuitable you will repatriate at your expense without serving with prior notice period.
