1. Really lock the end Terminals screw, if the screw has not been locked but lost by causing the fire or mechanical breakdown. 2. Please don't be using this product and having places where we can fire gas, cause the risk of exploding by the fact that it may. 3. The life-span of the relay must depend on the user's usage, the use of the relay must be in specified load and life-span of electric apparatus that it labels, if the use of the relay exceeds its life-span, the danger that may melt or cause the fire in the contact of the relay. 4. Don't disassemble, repair or revise the products without authorization, this measure may cause the short circuit of the electric apparatus, trouble or fire. 5. Don't drop inside products by chip or chip of wire metal, will cause the short circuit and account or fire.

Please strictly follow the instructions below, it can guarantee the safe operation of the controller. 1. Environmental Concerns: Don't use the PC counter in heavy vibrating place or direct contact with water or oil. Don't use the PC counter in applications with dust, corrosive gasses, or direct sunlight. . Separate the power cables and signal cable to avoid static signal interference. Keep the PC counter away from the source of static electricity (e.g., Blender & Liquid transportation Pipe). Organic solvents (such as paint, benzene), strong acidic or alkaline solutions might damage the outer casing of PC counter series. 2. Operation Concerns: Store the PC counter at specific temperature. If the PC counter is stored under -10C, please allow the PC counter to stand at room temperature for at least 3 hours before use. Using different voltage might seriously damage internal components. Suggest warming up the PC counter for 30 minutes after turning it on.

FEATURES
Multi-functional design featuring in Timer, Counter, and Tachometer Accumulation, batch, and dual function DC12V or DC24V power (100mA) for input or external transmitter Selectable input of PNP or NPN Rising / Falling trigger selectable for counting / re-set signal Ratio-Conversion function (pre-scale) is available to indicate input pulse in actual measuring unit Counting speed is switchable as 30 / 20K cps with maximum of 20K cps. Selectable output including relay and transistor 5 user-friendly keypad protection schemes 10 digits with dual channel, dual color LED display RS-485 Communication interface, Data Retention.
DISPLAY PANEL
Time counting function will show accurate time to user. The calculate mode can display "sec"msec" , "min"sec" and "hr"min". Longest time can be up to 999hr"59min, and the shortest time to display is 10ms. If user select the "H" reset ("rESt=h" in automation reset function), then user can choose either manual / automatic operation,or determine the forward / reverse setting in start. "Relay 2" will keep active while time is up to preset value. Caution: This function only while user set IN1 & IN2 in PNP status
Tacho
Tachometer function, or rotation speed function, is designed to monitor the rotation speed. User can input rotation frequency into "IN1" & "IN2", and follows setting the calculation unit and refresh time. While single input ("Up" mode), the maximum detects limit is 60k rpm, and in "ph" mode, its maximum is only allowable up to 30k rpm. User must care the correct setting of Pre1, Pre_2, Relay 1 and Relay 2 which refer to different setting mode ( HiLo / Area / HiHi / LoLo, see User guide in detail ).
