ADICO SPARES INDU is the parent company of AMUL industries. ADICO (ADVANCE INDUSTRIES COMPANY) SPARES INDUSTRIES produce oil engine parts that are used in automobiles. It is engaged in this business since last19 years. ADICO group established AMUL industries in 1988 because of the following two main reasons.

At present, the investment of AMUL INDUSTRIES in plant & machinery are Rs. 10,19,92,000 Authorized share capital is 3 crores.

Time is very important in our life. It does not wait for anyone; it is lost it lost forever Therefore it is necessary for every firm to develop an effective time keeping system. It helps the unit to achieve its goals.

The factory workers in on shift only sometimes when demand is going to high, the workers are asked to work for overtime & accordingly they are paid more. The overtime duration is generally 4 hours.
