ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
Having the same concept and same knowledge, it sumtimes differs the performance of person to person. The reason is very simple, person is either fully dedicated or efficiency lavel is too good. Exchange of thoughts generates new ideas to work in a better way. Whenever a person is helped and cooperated by others, his/her heart is bound to pay gratitude and appreciation to them. Every work requires assistance and support without which no work may be done away with. Here, I would like to thank all the people who directly or indirectly helped and supported me in completing this project. This is a different pattern of project work even though from the beginning of the semester we have been getting innovative and different modified project work, but 4th semester project work is like very tactical, dynamical and analytical exercise for the students. Dissertation means a treatise advancing a new point of view rsulting from research, usually a requirement for an advanced academic degree. So MBA is not about attending the lectureing but it is all about that getting practical knowledge from organization and marketing or financial exposure. Therefore I am giving solely and heartily gratitude to Mr. Abhishek Chaudhary, Vice Chairman, IMD and Mr. Ashish Chaudhury, Director, IMD for guiding us authentically and providing us with every facility.
