Working with rasters in ArcGIS The objective of this lab is to get you comfortable with using ArcGIS and to learn the fundamentals of working with rasters in ArcGIS. Also, the university has a license which allows students to take ESRI virtual campus courses for free, so this exercise may open that avenue of learning for you. If you want to take additional virtual campus courses, let me know. In this lab, work in pairshopefully a team with one member familiar with ArcGIS to help the other team member. 1) Log on to computers in ONEILL 359. Set the domain to labs and use your account that is established when you register for courses (typically fs___or ft___) and your initial password is your birthday (YYYYMMDD) number. 2) Use a web-browser and log into the ESRI virtual campus site.
