Organization structure of the team Organizational structure indicates how leadership in an organization flows, from the top to the

bottom. The size and type of an organization determines nature of an organization. This team has divisional management structure. This kind of structure will allow the team to manage itself well because functions are distributed. This is a Creative Team for a supermarket Group 'PNS' which has over 260 branches across whole country.

Head count plan After coming with these divisions, the team leader and officers must ensure that the supermarket has the right numbers of staff it requires to effectively run its business. that assists them realize their objectives. The management has to control the count head of employees as much as possible because an organization can spent too much on the employees. The organization must employ right people for their jobs to assist an organization become more productive and maintain this trend for a long period. Head counts in an organization drives operations of an organization among other functions. Team leader

A team leader is responsible for making overall decisions for departments in an organization. Since this is the senior most position, a team leader has a number of responsibilities such as motivating and administering managerial skills in an organization. The team leader has all authority in making of decisions in performance of departments, operations, recruitments by human resource and others matters that relate to the company such as expenses and wages (Bob, 2009). Duties and Responsibilities Setting of goals of an organization: for a company to attain its objectives, the company has to set up goals. A team leader must come up with goals because they serve as guide that employees have to follow. Overall overseeing of the organization departments and aspects: A team leader is in charge of different departments of a company and this ensures that their functions run smoothly. This officer is responsible for overseeing overall performance and operations of departments. For the departments to run well, the leader must take charge in the operations of departments to ensure that they work towards achieving the current mandates (Bob, 2009). Communications officer Job Description This officer promotes future progressive causes, values and candidates by use of actions at grassroots level. The Communications officer is in charge of developing and implementing a communications strategy to increase the visibility of an organization. The communications

officer directly reports to the team leader. The officer develops and maintains comprehensive communication plans with the main aim of coming up with the brand of an organization. Work with program staff and field staff in the states to implement and sharpen messages and administer outreach to traditional and new media outlets on matters concerning their products (Bob, 2009). This officer incorporates new and online strategies in the entire communication scheme of the organization. Be in corporation with field officers and program staff for realizing of reports and other media functions. Working with staff members to implement communications goals, carry out trainings in communications skills, and track and report on success. Finance officer Job description Identification: the financial officer is responsible of finances, accounting, and investment programs of an organization. The duties of this officer are administering of the financial system, implement pay records as well as approving of payouts. They include monitoring of all expenses and budgets within the company in order to meet the requirements of approved policies (Jay, 2001). The finance officer carry out specific duties such as issuing of receipts, approval of invoices and coming up with overall budget projections. Others are maintaining the required documentation and enhance delivery of financial records in the appropriate time. The ability of a financial officer to carry out duties has a direct impact on the ability of organization to finance its daily operations. The ability of this officer to follow government oversight affects how the

government will be involved in the operations of this company should it become financially unstable (Jay, 2001). The finance officer has a mandate of setting checks and balances to make sure that no one is in complete control of activities that in turn fought the company. This ensures that workers are not in a position to influence private data of the financial situation, customers, employee payroll, suppliers and sensitive information available in ledgers of a company (Bob, 2009). Operations officer The operations officer is responsible for primary management position in a business enterprise. This officer works in a close relationship with the team leader and other senior officers who are managerial positions. The operations of this officer have a direct impact on profit levels of the company. This officer is responsible for regular support of regional managers to make sure that all operations activities in branches run smoothly and effectively. Further, an operational officer holds a senior executive position and is responsible for daily operations of the business. This officer plays a role in short and long term strategic plans of an organization (Jay, 2001). Advertising and promotional officer The officer plans and direct advertising policies and products or come up with collateral materials like posters, coupons and give-away to convince customers purchase a product or a service for a particular department, an organization as a whole on an account basis. The officer come up budgets and hand over estimates for costs of programs as part of campaign plan

development. Plan and come up with advertising and promotional materials in order to accelerate sales of products or services. This department works in collaboration with customers, officials of an organization, sales department and advertising agencies. This officer helps in development of annual budget in the organization. Track program budgets, expenses, and campaign for response rates in order to evaluate each campaign according to objectives of a program and norms of the company (Jay, 2001). Assemble and pass message across with a strong, diverse coalition of an organization and public figures in order to secure their cooperation, action and support as well s further campaign goals. Consult publications to be a position to learn about convections and social functions and hence coming up with prospect files to promote products of the company. Collaborate with the media to distribute advertising. Train and give direction to workers engaged in developing and coming up with advertisements (Bob, 2009).
