Please find listed below a proposal for the installation of the following HVAC equipment in your home, located at the above address. We propose to furnish and install all materials and labor to install stated equipment below:

Furnace: American Standard 80,000 BTU / 80% Efficiency Model # AUE1B080A9361A

Condensing Unit: American Standard 30,000 BTU (2.5- Ton) / 13 SEER Model # 4A7B3030D

Evaporator Coil: ADP TE31630

Condenser pad: Included

Refrigeration lines: Use Existing (Clean lines with solvent) ***

Condensate drain: Included

Thermostat: Use Existing

Labor Warranty: One (1) year

*** Existing system is R-22 refrigerant. Existing lines must be cleaned to accept R-410 refrigerant

Notes and Exclusions:

1. The General Contractor is responsible for the opening and closing, patching and painting, framing and bracing of the existing walls, ceilings and floors for our work. 2. This work is based on STRAIGHT TIME LABOR RATES, MONDAY THRU FRIDAY, 7:00am until 3:00pm. 3. The above price is only for the work outlined above. No other work is included in this pricing. Any additional work required will be additionally invoiced at $67.00 per Man-Hour straight time, plus materials. 4. We exclude any hidden and unforeseen work including additional work that may be further required by the Final Engineered or Construction drawings. 5. We do not include any modifications to the base building life safety equipment or new base building life safety equipment. 6. All plan development, plan submittals, and permit fees are by the General Contractor or Owner. 7. EHC Corporation shall be listed on the General Contractors sworn statement prior to start of any of the above stated work.
All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices. Any alterations or deviations from specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge, over and above the estimate. All agreements contingent upon strikes, accidents or delays beyond our control. Owner to carry fire, tornado, and other necessary insurance. Our workers are covered by workman's Compensation Insurance. Our company is insured and bonded.
