Description

Modification of E000 error that occurs in a low temperature environment upon the completion of print job. (C-Walk No. F1C01N101002901) 3-1 In a low temperature environment (room temperature: 15 deg C or lower), the E000 error detection sequence is executed during the post-rotation after the print job, thought it should not be done. Because of this, E000-0001 error is displayed. (This error occurs only when A3/A4-size sheets of paper are fed continuously.) As the measure, the E000 error detection sequence that is executed immediately after the completion of job is removed.

Description In the booklet copying and the duplex copying with the image combination mode, this device has lower productivity than the conventional models. The performance of B&W scanning becomes lower than that of color scanning. Even after the Frame Erase mode is turned on, the frame at the trail edge of image is not erased at ADF scanning.

However, executing the ADF original feed speed adjustment in Service Mode may improve this error.

Points to note: 1. Be sure to execute ''ALL CLEAR'' after upgrading the System Software from 'WLaa-50-xx or earlier' to 'WLaa61-xx or later'. Also, be sure to back up the following data with RUI in advance because the data is reset to the value at the time of factory shipment. -Address Book -User data -Additional Functions Mode Inport the backup data with RUI after ''ALL CLEAR''. 2. Be sure to upgrade BOOT to 'v0060 or later' when upgrading the System Software from 'WLaa-50-xx or earlier' to 'WLaa-61-xx or later'. Be sure to upgrade BOOT before upgrading System. Remarks: 1. There is no fear of infection about the computer virus that exploites the vulnerability of Windows been disclosed by the Microsoft company because imageRUNNER Series uses OS different from Windows. 2. The encryption module is included in this system software. This encryption module has an export restriction, and is forbidden to export countries below: Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Sudan, Syria and Libya
