INTRODUCTI
ON
KYKO Personality Profile Analysis and its psychometric instrument are based on the
Integrated Model of Personality Theories to discover your personality and a
significant number of other characteristics and traits.

It is built on the five (5) dimensional model of personality analysis by Mr. Bernard
A.T. Tan based on the following premises:

1. Human behaviour is motivated by need, satisfaction and deprivation.

2. Human behaviour is a function of our genes, experiences, cognition and the

environment.

3. Human personality lies in the continuum of the static and the dynamic
areas.

4. Human personality lies in the continuum of the normal and the abnormal
areas.

5. Human personality is not static. It is dynamic and alive. It actualizes and

de-actualizes with current and future experiences. No two human beings are
alike even though they may be identical twins growing up in the same
environment.

The five (5) dimensions of a KYKO Personality Profile are as follows: -

1. Self Actualization (SA): A need for achievement, progress, self

improvement and to find meaning(s) in life. (The “s” has to be removed)

2. Security (SE): A need for safety, order, protection, a need to be systematic

and structured.

3. Adaptive (A): A need to change and adapt for survival and to satisfy
dominant personal needs.

4. Socio-centric (SO): A need for love, care, companionship and affiliation.

5. Ego-Centric (E): A need for power, image, prestige, reputation and control.

The spider web is to interpret patterns of human behaviour based on the ten
personality types varying in intensities as depicted in the score of the five (5)
dimensions which depicts the high, average and low of each personality type.

The relationship(s) between the ten (10) personality types also provides
information of the behavioural pattern of the five (5) dimensional personalities to
interpret traits, characteristics and behaviour.
