portable Gen. Set. In India) Worked as a Team leader in Supplier Quality Assurance & looked after the quality of M/c component, aluminum casting & sheet metal component.

Achievement: Man power & cost saving in muffler component to correct the die as per fitment requirement. Four Workmen engaged in assembling of Muffler with hard work, Now one person required for easy assembling and production target achieved very easy way.

Sep. 1985 to July 1987 M/S Rico Auto Industries (A reputed name in Pressure Die-Casting & Machine) sister
concern of M/S Hero Honda Motor Ltd. And supply the wheel parts with assembles condition. Here done the all work is Casting, Machining, Painting & Assembling also. Worked as a Trainee Engineer & Section Incharge in Machine Shop Q.A.

Responsibilities: To hold all activities of Q. A. as a section incharge.

Achievement: Great opportunities to installation of plant. I am the leader of active team who installed the whole plant. I joined the company in starting of Plant.
