FUNDAMENTAL
* The Bible is the sole authority in all matters of Faith, Doctrine, & Practice (Num 22:18; Prov 30:6;
2Tim 3:14-17).
*The Only one True God who is Triune (Matthew 3:16-17; 28:18-20; Romans 8:9-11; 1John 5:7).

*The Deity & virgin birth of Christ (Is 45:21-25; Mt 1:23;Rev 1:7-8,11,17-18).

*The finished Blood Atonement (Jn 19:30; Heb 9:12; 1 Jn 1:7; Rev 1:5).

*The Personal visible 2nd Coming of the Lord Jesus Christ (Acts 1:9-11; Rev 1; 7-8).

*The Bodily Resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ, and Believers (Lk 24:33-47; 1Cor 15:20-22).

*The fallen lost state of all men (Ex 20:5; Ps 51:5; 58:3; Rom 5:12; 1Jn 1:8, 10; 1Jn 3:8).

*Salvation is only by the Grace & Mercy of God through Faith alone in Christ alone
(Rom 2:11; 3:20-27-29; 4:2-10; 11:6; Gal 3:21; Eph 2:8-9; Titus 3:4-7). {Acts4:12}.

* The True Gospel which is sufficient to save is, "...that CHRIST died for our sins according to
The Scriptures: and that he was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the
Scriptures (1 Cor 15:1-5 [note: vs 3-4; Rom 10:9-10].

*The Eternal Blessing of the Saved (Heb 4:3; 1Pet 1:5; Rev 22:3-5).

*The Eternal punishment of the lost in hell & ultimately the Lake Of Fire (Ps 9:17 Luke 16:19-31;
Rev 20:10-15; Mk 9:42-48; ISAIAH 33:14).

*Separation from the world to Holy living (Jn 8:10-11; Rom 8:1-4; 12:1-2; 2Tim 1:8-10; Gal 3:16-18).

*Separation from modernists & ecclesiastical compromise (2 Cor 6:14-18; Amos 3:3).

* Strong BIBLE - BASED (not experiences based) teaching & preaching (Rom 10:13-17; 2 Pet 1:19-
21).

* Active Evangelism at home & abroad (Missions). (Matt 28:18-20).

BA PTIST

* A Baptist is not a protestant. Anabaptists did not essentially come out of Rome. Many have come out
of Rome, got saved & then Became Baptistic in doctrine however,

* Baptist principles of the church are New Testament principles. e.g./ Informality as opposed to
ritualism & robes. e.t.c.

* The only New Testament Church was a local visible called out assembly -not a denomination.
(Galatians 1:2)..
*Freedom of worship (Jn 4:21-26; Acts 17:24-27; 2 Cor 3:17).

*The priesthood of ALL believers (1 Pet 2:9-10; Rev 1:4-6).

*Water baptism is only for those who are already Saved, it is for Believers only, NOT FOR
SALVATION & it is post- salvation. (Acts 2:41; 8:36-38; 16:31, then 32-34).

*There are two ordinances NOT SACRIMENTS, the Lord’s Table (1 Cor 11:23-25);
And Water Baptism (Matt 28:19-20), administered by the authority of the Local Church.

* The separation of Church & State (Mt 22:21)..

* Governments are only to be obeyed where their laws are in harmony with God’s laws (Ex 1:17; Dan
1:8; 3:16-18; 6:4-14; Acts 4:18-20; 5:29; Rev 12:11).

* Strong Pastoral leadership (by example), with the safeguard of Congregational Action (Heb 13:7, 17;
Eph 4:11-12; 1 Tim 5: 17-22; Matt 18:11-12).

INDEPENDANT

*New Testament churches were Independent of each other, though interdependent with each other.

*There are no denominations in the Bible.

* Denominations lead to compromise & sin by association.

* Denominations exercise control over member churches thus usurping the authority & autonomy of the
local church..

Thus we are firstly Christians then Fundamental, Baptist & Independent.
