Most of the keywords I have highlighted are generic keywords which get a lot of searches(you can surely use them while tagging as well as in the description part.But here we would like to focus on other more specific keywords) . The youtube search tool is showing not enough data against most of these specific keywords.But it doesnt mean that these terms are not getting enough searches. For example I search for the term How To Lose 20 pounds in Googles Keyword tool which is located at: https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal
Now you can see from the screenshot above that this one and the related terms get a lot of searches in Google.A lot of these searchers will be finally clicking on one of the appearing video results and coming to Youtube. So never discount the migratory traffic coming from the search engines

The Youtube keyword tool only shows statistics related to Youtube searches(people searching for a specific term in the Youtube search).
It doesnt count the searches made at the search engines(its a matter of fact that most of the people still make searches at the search engines like Google) and most of the traffic these videos get comes via search engines and migration from other related videos. Actually its far easier to get ranked for specific keywords(also known as longtail keywords) than the generic ones which have a lot of competition. So well be using several of these specific keywords in your DESCRIPTION and TAGGING.
Now what well do is repeat the same exercise for some of the other Not Enough Data keywords.For example,we search for the term lose weight fast in 2 weeks
That term though doesnt get many searches but some of the related terms like how to lose weight fast, lose weight fast and easy and lose weight fast diet get a lot of searches.

So repeating the same process a few more times,well be collecting 1520 such highly searched long tail keywords and utilizing them in while writing our titles,tagging and in the description part.
2)Tags:
Tags are the keywords that define the Category of your video.These terms and phrases help the search engines to find your videos quickly and rank it fast.
A couple years back,the general practice was to include as many keywords as possible and many of the marketers got very high ranking doing this.But now Youtube and other search engines have tightened their rules and it is not advised to use excess amount of tags.
While tags are helpful in getting the higher ranking as well as more views,too many irrelevant tags are not good for the rankings of your videos.
While tagging use your imagination Usually I write as many relevant tags as possible until they tell me that I have reached the maximum number of characters possible.
There are two ways to get relevant tags: i)Use the popular specific terms you have got in the Keyword Search part along with a few more generic keywords. ii) Directly copy the relevant tags from the popular videos(its better to get them from more than one videos).Below is how you can do that: Let me take the example of How can I lose weight fast once again:

While writing the description,you should place the keywords with the flow.Remember you are writing this part both for the search engines and real viewers so a long description with appropriately placed keywords will serve both purposes.After your video itself,this is the most important part of your video marketing strategy so use it carefully.
