SPIRITUAL WARFARE

An introduction to Spiritual Warfare Lesson 1

Spiritual warfare begins the moment you are born. Satan will do everything that he can to keep you in darkness and away from the Lord. Jesus warns us about demons, hungry like wolves, waiting to devour the unsuspecting believer. As Christians enter into Gods family, they tend to sweep out their house. Clearing away old sins, habits, lusts etc. Unfortunately, soon old habits return, old sins resurface, and the saint becomes a sinner again.

When an unclean spirit goes out of a man, he goes through dry places, seeking rest, and finds none. Then he says, I will return to my house from which I came. And when he comes, he finds it empty, swept, and put in order. Then he goes and takes with him seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter and dwell there; and the last state of that man is worse than the first. So shall it also be with this wicked generation. (Matthew 12: 4345)
This bible study is an introductory lesson plan geared to help gain an understanding of spiritual warfare and the ramifications of an empty house.

When we walk with Jesus, talk with Jesus, spend time with Jesus and become His friend, Satan has no power over us and he can no longer deal with us because he has to deal with Jesus first!" ~Prayer Warriors, Pastor Ron Halvorsen, Sr. (ABC) 4.
