Activation for enhanced builds -----------------------------Registered Versions of the SOFTWARE require Internet access to activate the installed software. Alternatively, users may send an email with a special code to be sent back the file needed to activate the Registered Version on a machine without direct Internet access. Please see http://www.stardock.com/StardockActivationInfo.asp for more information. The form at http://www.stardock.com/support.asp can be used to resend your serial number. Applying visual styles ---------------------In addition to the shortcut to the WindowBlinds Advanced Config window in your Start menu, you can change WB visual styles and settings from either the Skins or Appearance tab in Display Properties. Set the skin to Windows Classic to not use a WB skin on startup (or use the options on the Skins tab or in the Advanced Config window). Download additional visual styles --------------------------------Be sure to check out www.WinCustomize.com to select from over 4400 free visual styles. Creating your own visual styles ------------------------------Create your own visual styles with SkinStudio (www.skinstudio.net)! See WindowBlinds.net for information on the UIS Language. Applying wallpapers ------------------The Wallpaper section of the config window can be used to apply .BMP and .JPG wallpapers on your system. Press the button to add other source folders for images to the included defaults.

A note on drivers and compatibility ----------------------------------WindowBlinds has been designed and tested to be as compatible with with thousands of applications and pieces of hardware available. Its memory load is quite low (unless you are using complex skins with lots of animation) and any oddities with specific apps can generally be worked around quickly (see the Troubleshooting section of the online help file for more information). When in doubt, try using a UIS0 skin on Windows 7/Vista. Obligatory Bits --------------Non-Stardock visual styles included with the permissions of their respective authors.
