WehavebeenaskediftheNewWorldOrderwillreplacetheoldtraditionalworldreligionstocreateanewformof societyandcratetheUniversalChurch. WeinSpiritualDiplomacymaintainthatevenduringthisrevolutionarytimeofchangeinthe21 centurythe traditionalreligiousorganizationsarenotjustsuperfluoustoahistoricalcontextofthepresentdaynationstates; butinfactarecriticaltounderstandthedevelopmentofmodernsocietyandnations. Webelievethatwithoutaspiritualcontextgovernmentscannotunderstandworldhistoryornationalhistorical significance. Theglobalcyclicalmovementsofmodernnationstatesareonlyapartofthelargerprogressivepurposeful directionofGod. Weandoursupportersarefacedwithacomplexworldofglobalrelationshipsinterfacingwithnumerousreligious movements.Thefailuresandsuccessesofnationstatesneedtobejudgedspirituallyaswellaspolitically, economicallyandsocially.Thehistoricalviewofauniversalhistorysomehowenlighteningthemindand illuminatingthesoulcantbeaccuratelyinterpretedwithouthavingaspiritualcontext. HistoricallytheChurchdoesnotexisttoservetheStatebuttheStatewasestablishedtoserveGod. Itisonlyinrecenttimesthatthesecularandatheisticargumentagainsttheseparationofchurchandstatehas changedtheperceptionoftheroleofgovernment.TheearlyfoundersofAmericadidnotwanttoeliminate religionfromcultureandsocietybuttoensurethatonereligioussectorchurch(especiallytheCatholicPope) wouldnotdeterminewhowouldbeitspresident. SpiritualDiplomacyisamovementwhichassistsnationalleaderstofindsolutionstothereligiousriddlesof moderncivilizationsandnationstates. ItisamovementwhichallowsleaderstoseethechurchastranscendingworldhistorythroughtheunityofGod,a viewthatisrootedinahistoricalrealityinthetraditionalreligionsofJudaism,ChristianityandMohammedanism. Wewillexploretheideaoftribalismandculturalevolutionasspiritualdevelopmentsinglobaldevelopmentunder aproposedoneworldgovernment. ModernproponentoftheNewWorldOrder H.G.Wellshadpostulatedandproposedaglobalsocietyandcultureemergingfromahumanistcollective controlledanddirectedbyaneliteNewWorldOrder.ThatNewWorldOrderwouldarisefromtheconflict betweenindividualrightsleadingtoaworldsocialdemocracywherethemassesinterestwillberepresented throughregulation.Thatregulationwouldfinallyeliminatetheoppressionoftherichandtheircreditmoney institutionsandbankingagents. Thiswholeissueofwhatisthenatureofmoneyandwhowilldeterminethesocialactivityandvalueofwhat moneyrepresentswillbelefttotheeliteinNewWorldOrder.Wellsandhisfriendshadlittlerespectforgoldas moneyorastoreofvalue.Forthemgoldwasusefulforartandcrafts! ThedrivingideologicalthrustoftheNewWorldOrderwastobringaboutthemakingandcreatingofWorld Peace.TheyneededtoeliminatenationalstatesandprivatepropertycontainedwithinthoseSovereignNations andpoliticalsystemstobringaboutwhattheysaywouldbeaglobalcommunitywithoutborders.

Wheretherearevastareasofsocialseparation,itremindsusthatlocalrootsandcommunityarethepillarsof society.Whereaforeigncultureorpoweroccupiesalocalcultureitmustbeawarethatifitdoesnthavealocal organicrelationtodailylifewiththepeopleinitscontrol,itwillbecomedependentonthemilitaryandpolice ratherthanonavillageortribalconsensustogovern. TheAmericanshaverealizethisbytheiroccupationmilitaryandpoliticalpolicyofwinningtheheartsandminds ofthelocalpopulation.

TheoccupationoftribalandculturalgroupsbyforeigngovernmentsisoneoftheprimaryareasthatSpiritual Diplomacyisaddressing.Weusespiritualandphysicalprograms(suchastreeplanting)incooperationof governmentsandwealthyindividualstomeetthetribalpeoplesneeds. Thespiritualneedsofthetribe,thevillageandculturemanifestsasreligiousandchurchgroups.IntheNew WorldOrderaGlobalGovernmentneedstocontrolthechurchandreligiousorganizations,thusthereasonthey willsupportandparticipateinaUniversalChurch. Inordertoachievetheirglobalvisionofworldpeacewithouttheappearanceofnakedforcetheymusthavea religiousinterfaithorganizationwhichexpressesorderintheworldadheringtothenewworldchurch. InWesternhistoryandinparticularmodernwesterncolonialhistory,weseeaculturallegacyofimperialism.The AtlanticslavetradehaslefttensofmillionsoftheblackracestrandedinculturalisolationfromtheirAfricanroots. WeseetheblackAfricanDiasporaasamajorunresolvedglobalissue.Thereturnofthekidnappedracialgroupsto theiroriginswillrequirealeader.Slaverywithinthesocialorderhasalwaysbeenamajorissueinthe establishmentofworldpeaceandtheUniversalChurch.Asolutiontoendtheslavelegacywillbeamajor elementfortheNewWorldOrdertofacilitateworldpeace.Willablackdiasporaleaderemergeasapriest representative? TheNewWorldOrderneedstooccupythespiritualandreligiousmindoftheculturetoexertcontrol.Withinthat frameworktheyandtheirleadermustbeabletoexhibitanddemonstratetheirconnectionwithsupernatural power,validatingthecalltoorderandobedience.Forthistheywillneedpriesthood. Allculturesandgovernments(evensecular)mustaddresstheissueofGodandhowGodinteractswiththepeople hehascreated.FromthefoundationofEgyptiancivilizationinAfricaover6.000yearsagototheChinesepre dynasticerainAsia;kings,princes,chiefs,eldersprophecyallfacedtheissueofasupernaturalornaturalGod.A Godwhorepresentedpast,presentorfutureexerciseofphysicalandspiritualauthorityoverthesociety. InSpiritualDiplomacyweunderstandtheunspokenandunseenquestionsgovernmentshaveaboutthenatureof Godandhowtheyasgovernmentcarryoutjustice,equitywithintheirownsocieties. Weknowofmanypoliticianstryingtoreflecttheirculture,definingnewmovements,reflectingstyle,leadingby examplebuttrappedintheinstitutionalbureaucracyofthepast. WhenwelookattheOldTestamentviewsonthisspiritualelementingovernment,weseethatthelawgivento Moseswasanexampleofobediencetothelawasmeansofrestrainingemotionalexcess.Excessiveemotions manifestanuncontrolledspiritorspiritwhichisinrebelliontothehigherexpectationsofGod.Expectationswhich includevirtue,selfcontrol,obediencetogovernmentandrighteousbehaviortoourfellowman.
