INTRODUCTION: This report is about Vark inventory learning Style, but what is Vark, VARK is a questionnaire that provides users with a profile of their learning preferences. These preferences are about the ways that they want to take-in and give-out information. The questionnaire alerts people to the variety of different approaches to learning. It supports those who have been having difficulties with their learning and has particular applications in sport, training and education. There are 5 type of strategies, Visual Study Strategies (V), The Aural Study Strategies (A), The Read/write Study Strategies (R), The Kinesthetic Study Strategies (K), and The Multimodal Study Strategies (MM). It is so important to know your personal learning style, because you have the opportunity to know your learning preferences and that will help you to get a better learning and a good knowledge at the time of study.

THE TEST RESULT: The VARK Questionnaire Results

Visual: 3 Aural: 2 Read/Write: 2 Kinesthetic: 9

The questionnaire result show a very strong Kinesthetic learning preference. By definition, this modality refers to the "perceptual preference related to the use of experience and practice (simulated or real)." Although such an experience may invoke other modalities, the key is that people who prefer this mode are connected to reality, "either through concrete personal experiences, examples, practice or simulation". It includes demonstrations, simulations, videos and movies of "real" things, as well as case studies, practice and applications. In my case I prefer do something than read, I really like practice and do the things as in the real way because in this way I learn better. For example if we are learning buy and sell, I prefer to create or simulate a supermarket where we can buy and sell than read or see the process because I thing that the practice provides more learning than the reading.

I really like this learning style because you learn doing and practice and not only read or listen this is an advantage that this learning style has. For me is the best learning style but, I understand that I could use strategies from the other styles.
