Lord Jesus Christ, I am not worthy to receive Thee: but only, I beg, be favorable to me, an unworthy sinner, and grant that this true reception of Thy Body and Blood may not be for my judgement and condemnation, but that it be a desired remission of all my sins, a pious control over my soul and body, and a powerful introduction to eternal life: In Thy presence, our God, Who with the Father and Holy Spirit, live and reign, God, for ever and ever. Amen. I will take the Bread of heaven, and call upon the Name of the Lord. Lord, I am not worthy that Thou should come under my roof. But say the word and my soul will be healed. I will take the chalice of salvation, and I will call upon the Name of the Lord. Praising will I call upon the Lord and I shall be saved from my enemies. May the Blood of our Lord Jesus Christ preserve my soul to life everlasting. Amen.
