Problem Identification
Removing temporary files & Cookies Open Internet Explorer. Click on Tools > Internet Options. Click on Delete Files. Click on OK

Solution 1
To configure modem properties- Right click My computer, select Properties. Go to Hardware->Device Manager. Expand Modems tab. Right click the in-built modem from the list & them click on Properties. Go to Modem, select Maximum Port Speed as 115200 & do necessary changes accordingly. Check if the usename and password enter in dialer is properly or not ? (Type ISP Name as any name. Type the Phone No. as #777. Enter the Username & Password as MDN No)

Re-insert the modem in a different port & Restart the computer and then try again to connect the internet
-Verify that the Sierra Wireless AirCard 555 PC Card Parent is using an IRQ greater than 15. This can be done by opening Windows Device Manager, expanding the Multifunction adapters section, right clicking the Sierra Wireless AirCard 555 PC Card Parent, selecting properties and then the resources tab. -If the Resources settings show an IRQ greater than 15, proceed to step 3. -Remove AirCard 555 from your computer. -Download Air555.sys File Attachment from http://mycusthelp.com/sierrawireless/supportkbitem.asp?sSessionID =&Inc=753&sFilA=FAQ%20Category&sFilB=Products&sFilC =&KEY=Error%20Code%2010%20on%20AirCard555 -Copy Air555.sys file into: \windows\system32\drivers [this location could also be: \winnt\system32\drivers] depending on the users laptop. If you are copying the Air555.sys into the correct folder, you will be prompted to overwrite the existing file -Insert the AirCard 555 card and this should clear the Code 10 in Device Manager. If it repeats the number, then Pls Check if Voice calls are working if not pls call customer care on 1800 3000 5555

Select Set up my connection manually. Click Next. Select Connect using a dial-up modem. Type ISP Name as any name. Type the Phone No. as #777. Enter the Username & Password as MDN No . Click on Next & then on Finish to complete the Dial-up connection creation

-And if the IRQ is less than 15 then, This can be done by opening Windows Device Manager, expanding the Multifunction adapters section, right clicking the Sierra Wireless AirCard 555 PC Card Parent, selecting properties and then the resources tab. If the Resources settings show an IRQ less than 15, proceed to step 3. Uncheck Use Automatic settings. Select Override configuration 0001 from the drop-down list for combo box labeled Setting based on. Click on OK button.F7 Restart the Laptop.
Right Click on Mycomputer -> Go for Manage -> Open Device Manager -> Go for Ports(Com & Lpt) -> Right click on any of the Datacard port -> Go for Properties -> Port Settings -> Change bits per second to Maximum Port Speed as 115200 -> Reboot the system Ask customer if he can check in another PC /Laptop . If it is working in another PC / Laptop then pls have the settings checked
For Window Vista Supported Drivers Problem (Like: 32 bit & 64 Bit Ver.)
Remove the dialup connection from Control Panel -> Network Connections. (In windows XP , 2000, ME)

In Data Card, after reinstallation customer forget to insert the username and password ask user that if he had inserted the username and password or not?

Check if R-connect is working at another location If it is not working in another PC / Laptop then problem service, Pls check with the customer care
Ask customer if he can check in another PC /Laptop . If it is working in another PC / Laptop then call resolved
ZTE MG880 is also giving Some times Software from provided CD with problem in installation. Data Card is not working. So need to There's also problem in download Software from www.rcom.co.in .On Software with CD. Software this site Software is available only for Vista need to download from 32 bit Ver. www.rcom.co.in Remove the R-connect folder from C:\Programme Files\R-connect Solution 1,2,3
