To configure modem properties- Right click My computer, select Properties. Go to Hardware->Device Manager. Expand Modems tab. Right click the in-built modem from the list & them click on Properties. Go to Modem, select Maximum Port Speed as 115200 & do necessary changes accordingly. Check if the usename and password enter in dialer is properly or not ? (Type ISP Name as any name. Type the Phone No. as #777. Enter the Username & Password as MDN No)

If install then Query the modem

Re-insert the modem in a different port & Restart the computer and then try again to connect the internet

-Verify that the Sierra Wireless AirCard 555 PC Card Parent is using an IRQ greater than 15. If it repeats the number, then Pls Check if Voice calls are working if not pls call customer care on 1800 3000 5555

Solution 2 Creating NEW dial-up connection - Go to Start - > Settings -> Network Connections. Click on Create a new connection. Select Connect to the Internet. Click Next. Select Set up my connection manually. Click Next. Select Connect using a dial-up modem. Type ISP Name as any name. Type the Phone No. as #777. Enter the Username & Password as MDN No . Click on Next & then on Finish to complete the Dial-up connection creation

If the Operating system is not formatted for long time then Pls format once

Select Override configuration 0001 from the drop-down list for combo box labeled Setting based on. Click on OK button.F7 Restart the Laptop.

For Window Vista Supported Drivers Problem (Like: 32 bit & 64 Bit Ver.)

In Data Card, after reinstallation customer forget to insert the username and password ask user that if he had inserted the username and password or not?

If issue persits, Pls Install another browser like mozilla, Netscape Nevigator.

Check if R-connect is working at another location If it is not working in another PC / Laptop then problem service, Pls check with the customer care

Ask customer if he can check in another PC /Laptop . If it is working in another PC / Laptop then call resolved

ZTE MG880 is also giving Some times Software from provided CD with problem in installation. Data Card is not working. So need to There's also problem in download Software from www.rcom.co.in .On Software with CD. Software this site Software is available only for Vista need to download from 32 bit Ver. www.rcom.co.in Remove the R-connect folder from C:\Programme Files\R-connect Solution 1,2,3
