Genesis Chapter 3: Garden of Eden (Shepherds Chapel)

PM: Good day GOD Bless you say welcome to The Shepherds Chapel, Welcome to this family Bible study hour. Hey, were ready to get back in our Fathers Word. Remember the creations of the 6th day man? Remember the creation after the rest of 7th day? We have Eth-Ha-Adham The eighth day man created (that specific one), then certain domestic animals, then his wife.

Genesis Chapter 3 verse 1 lets go with it: Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?

PM: The serpent was smarter going around trying to take advantage. Whats satans method of operation? Hes always quoting GOD, thats what he did to JESUS when he tempted him. Now GOD stated orders, and dont forget once he states itIt becomes law. GOD had told them you could eat of every tree accept the tree of knowledge of good and evil. Naturally they did not have the opportunity to partake in the tree of life, which is to say CHRIST.

Genesis Chapter 3verse 2: And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden. Genesis Chapter 3 verse 3: But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die.

PM: Now, it becomes very important that you know what the words eat and touch mean. So, if we may lets have for a moment the word touch in

the Hebrew tongue. Its

Gah. Its a prime root properly to touch, lay the hand upon, for any purpose ; then you have an abbreviation for an euphemism To lie with a woman by implication, To reach and so forth. What then is a euphemism? A euphemism is where someone uses the word touch to put in a nicer word then they chose to translate to lie with a woman In other words it was nicer it seemed to say touch rather than intercourse. Thats what it means. Many might, oh dear Lord, did you hear what he said? I didnt say it, GOD said it. Thats what the word means in the Hebrew tongue, and if youre too good for GODs Word then youre really a goody two-shoes. So, what GOD had said I think the implication is sufficient that it would clear itself up. If its a little heavy for some, put it on the shelf.

Genesis Chapter 3 verse 4: And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die.

PM: GOD had already told them they would die. So, who are you going to believe? Basically, this is what life comes down to. You make your own bed. It wasnt GOD that brought death into the world, it was satan. But Eve not being obedient to GOD as well as ADAM did bring death into the world through satan: Satan meaning death. How then can we understand the word touch? Can we verify it a little more what its talking about? We certainly can, lets go to 2nd Corinthians Chapter 11 verse 2 to understand the word touch. Alright lets go with it. Paul teaching Verse 2 (2nd Corinthians Chapter 11: Verse 2) For I am jealous over you with godly jealousy: for I have espoused (thats engaged you) you to one husband, that I may present you as a chaste virgin to Christ. PM: That is to say that you wont be deceived, you wont be beguiled But the subject is the loss of virginity here in a spiritual sense. Listen to it here carefully. Verse 3

(2nd Corinthians Chapter 11: Verse 3)But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.

PM: Now, its very important you know this word beguiled. It is:

From the Greek 1537 and 538 it has one meaning only to seduce wholly completely. It doesnt have any other meanings. Just let it be settled in your mind, verifying even in the New Testament as to what were talking about in the Garden from The Hebrew word Naga as well as the beguiling of Eve. Now, if we were to continue on in this 11th chapter we would find let be no marvel for in the end times satan himself will come the English word transformed in verse 14: But its disguised. Satan is subtle, hes always disguising himself. So it is in the Greek. Many might say, well certainly thats spiritual. No it isnt, it is using an actual event so that: that is spiritual for you can be brought to pass in your life before the spurious messiah without being seduced by him spiritually by where youre not deceived.

Genesis Chapter 3 verse 5: For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil

PM: Satan continues speaking here. In other words you will find enlightenment. Never trust satan number one, and what does it mean? Youll be just like us the angelic beings, you will know good from evil. At this time Eve is created innocent. But I dont want you to forget the comment Your eyes shall be open And Ill document for you that certainly rather than an opening what was about to transpire to bring about a closing. I want to call up the word tree used as eating all the fruit in the garden. The Hebrew

Hebrew Dictionary. A tree from its firmness; hence wood or sticks. You need to know how GOD uses the word tree its very important. GOD uses symbology whereas with symbology hes able to say more that is written. Also, to protect tender ears from that: that he would say. Certainly we find that as I will document, that it is not that unusual for ourselves to address tree as our own bodies. GOD even called satan a tree in Ezekiel chapter 32, when he was talking to Pharaoh and instead of calling satan a cedar of Lebanon (which is the tree that is symbolic of our people); he called him a teAshshur in the Hebrew tongue which mean a plane ol Box Cedar. So, its not unusual for GOD to refer to men as trees. What do you call your arms? Do you not call them limbs? What about the torso of the body? What is it called? The trunk of course, so theres nothing new under the sun. A tree that has good and evil, we need to a little deeper. So here, we have the word the prime which the word `ets comes from.

Pronounced Awe-Tush (A primitive root; properly to fasten (or make firm) that is (this is what I want you to get from it) to close (the eyes):- shut. What did satan say? Surely your eyes will be open, so he lied again. Also see that

H6095 in the Hebrew Dictionary; meaning the spine (as giving firmness to
the body):-back bone. So, we are talking about the back bone of the body. We can see now why Satan would lie, when the prime from the word `atsah is to close the eyes. Satan says surely they will be open, what it means it will close your spiritual eyes and open your eyes to the world. Know and understand it is not an unusual term for us to say this is the trunk of my body, or what about your family? Its called a family tree. Its not unusual at all.

Genesis Chapter 3 verse 6: And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one

wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.

PM: Now picture whats happening. Theres one thing I want to make very clear, that they both partook of the same fruit. She simply indicated to her husband and directed him to it. Now again, is it unusual for GOD to mention man as trees? No, I really want to nail this one down. Go with me to ISAIAH Chapter 61 verse 3. (Isaiah Chapter 61 verse: 3) GOD SPEAKING To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion (thats means because the anti-christ has taken over), to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that he might be glorified. PM: They might be called what? Trees of righteousness. Now GOD planted trees and satan had a habit of planting trees also. I find it interesting that even in this same book in verse 21 of chapter 60 it reads (Isaiah Chapter 60 verse: 21) Thy people also shall be all righteous: they shall inherit the land for ever, the branch of my planting, the work of my hands, that I may be glorified. PM: In other words this is talking about a branch of a tree. CHRIST himself was even called the branch. Let me ask you a questionHave you observed of yet the word apple? I guarantee you as a student of the Hebrew the word apple isnt mentioned in the manuscripts. There is no way you can translate any tree that has been mentioned thus far as apple. Apple is a lie, its not there. Which is better is GODs eye, that you teach truth, or that you lie to little children? And, give them a warped view of what happened in The Garden. They have to maintain (usually for the rest of their lives).

Genesis Chapter 3 verse 7: And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons.

PM: Uhh-ohhThe ol backbone with the central nervous system running through it has already passed the little message up to the brain. Thats where the knowledge of good and evil is. Thats why the tree of knowledge of good and evil was satan himself. The word aprons in the Hebrew means to gird themselves. They made aprons to cover their private parts because of what they had just done. Jesus told you in Matthew 24 and Mark 13, not maybe you should learn the parable of the fig treeBUT TO LEARN IT! This is the very foundation of the fig tree. If you dont understand this, you wont understand any of CHRISTS parables. They covered their nakedness.

Genesis Chapter 3 verse 8: And they heard the voice of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God amongst the trees of the garden.

PM: Why? They sinned, they disobeyed.

Genesis Chapter 3 verse 9: And the LORD God called unto Adam, and said unto him, Where art thou?

Genesis Chapter 3 verse 10: And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself.

Genesis Chapter 3 verse 11: And he (GOD) said Who told thee that thou wast naked? Hast thou eaten of the tree, whereof I commanded thee that thou shouldest not eat?

PM: Naturally he had because the evilness that satan shared with he and the woman both made them ashamed.

Genesis Chapter 3 verse 12: And the man said, The woman whom thou gavest to be with me, she gave me of the tree, and I did eat.

PM: Ole Adam trying to pass it off and blame it on the woman, when he was supposed to be the one that had kept it from happening in the first place.

Genesis Chapter 3 verse 13: And the LORD God said unto the woman, What is this that thou hast done? And the woman said, The serpent beguiled me, and I did eat.

PM: It doesnt take the sharpest tool in the toolshed to know what happened, you can tell by the outcome of it. Listen to GOD for those that might have difficulty understanding.

Genesis Chapter 3 verse 14: And the LORD God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life:

PM: You know who the serpent isYou know its that old devil, the dragon, satan. In other words this is a statement of degradation, that satan can never again rise to a point of salvation or anything else.

Genesis Chapter 3 verse 15: And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.

PM: Let GOD just speak. Do you know what GODs talking about here? Hes talking about children, thats what the seeds of man is. Okay? This is the first prophecy in The Bible. satan knew that it would be from this woman that CHRIST would come, and GOD is saying because you tried to destroy that I will put enmity between thy seed and the womans seed. Meaning CHRIST was nailed to his heels was pierced. CHRIST will ultimately crush the head of the serpent. Did Jesus also teach that the serpent also had seed or children on earth? You will see JESUS did so, even though you got these whacho-biblically illiterate so called teachers that run around and tell you otherwise. Lets go to Matthew Chapter 13 verse 37; which is the parable of the sower and tares. CHRIST also said if dont understand this parable you wont understand the rest. Okay and it reads (Matthew Chapter 13 verse: 37) He answered and said unto them, He that soweth the good seed is the Son of man. PM: That is to say is to say the Word of GOD was with GOD when the spirit moved and created the various races on the earth. The good. (Matthew Chapter 13 verse: 38) The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one. PM: Hes not talking in a parable, hes explaining one. This is from the conception of who? The wicked onesatan. (Matthew Chapter 13 verse: 39) The enemy that sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels. PM: Were really going to find out what really happened. Its the tree of knowledge of good and evil, the serpent, the old dragon, and you can find all his names listed in Revelation chapter 20 in one string. YES, CHRIST taught about the seed of the devil: Which is to say the Kenites.

Genesis Chapter 3 verse 16: Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee.

PM: What had happened? Conception. Do we need to define conception? I think not.

Genesis Chapter 3 verse 17: And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life.

PM: Thats where ADAM sinned, not listening to EveBut more importantly not listening to GOD.

Genesis Chapter 3 verse 18: Thorns also and thistles shall it bring forth to thee; and thou shalt eat the herb of the field.

PM: Exactly as its written, theres nothing new under the sun. If you dont understand what happened in the beginning, youre not going to understand the end.

Genesis Chapter 3 verse 19: In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return.

PM: And so it is. Many people dream of these ol bodies raising up and all that, NO they go back to dustAnd raised up in a spiritual body.

Genesis Chapter 3 verse 20: And Adam called his wife's name Eve; because she was the mother of all living.

PM: Only because it would be CHRIST that would come through her womb and you either have CHRIST or youre not going to have eternal life. That is to say for all of GODs children, and all the races so forth.

Genesis Chapter 3 verse 21: Unto Adam also and to his wife did the LORD God make coats of skins, and clothed them.

PM: There was blood shed because of that sin and skins taken to make clothing.

Genesis Chapter 3 verse 22: And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever.

PM: I will caution you to note that word is not touch here not even in the English and certainly not naga in the Hebrew. It means to partake in the WORD of salvation at that time and live forever before having earned the right to deserve salvation.

Genesis Chapter 3 verse 23: Therefore the LORD God sent him forth from the garden of Eden, to till the ground from whence he was taken.

Genesis Chapter 3 verse 24: So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life.

PM: Do you know what way that is? Its the same way CHRIST said I am the way. I am the way to truth and resurrection said by CHRIST. Do you want to have eternal life? Then dont lie about GODs Word. Teach it as its written that on a level all people can understand, gently and firmly. You need to understand the war we have between the seed of the women and the serpent.
