decide to take out the Citibank credit card. Be sure to also read the Citibank Card Agreement and relevant credit card Terms & Conditions where applicable) 1. What is this product about? The credit card comes with a line of credit granted by us to you and where any amount of the credit utilized by you has not been fully settled in full on or before a specified date, the unsettled amount will be subject to finance charges. Please read together with respective credit card product pamphlet, which contains more info on what the product is about 2. What do I get from the product? Credit Limit Citibank offers various types of credit card that suits a customers need. Each Citibank credit cards credit limit will be determined base on an applicants annual income and type of credit card applied. 3. What are my obligations? Minimum monthly repayment: 5% of [(Outstanding Balance) + ( Finance Charges + Annual Fee + other fees and charges) (if any) + (Overlimit Amount) (if any) + ( Non-revolving Instalments) (if any) OR RM50 whichever is higher. Interest free period: 20 days from the statement date for new retail transactions is only applicable for cardmembers with no outstanding balance from the previous months statement. If a transaction is made in foreign currency, MasterCard or VISA, depending on which card is used, will convert the transaction into a Ringgit Malaysia equivalent at the conversion rate as determined by MasterCard or VISA as at the date it is processed by MasterCard or VISA. In addition, you will also pay administration costs at 1% or at such other rates as shall be determined by us for the conversion of the transactions made in foreign currencies. 5. What if I fail to fulfill my obligations? Late payment penalty charges A minimum of RM5 or 1% of total outstanding balance as at statement date, up to maximum of RM50 Withdrawal of Card or facilities/services offered We may withdraw the Card and/or any of the services offered with or without prior notice and the whole outstanding balance on the Card Account shall become immediately due and payable to us. Liability for unauthorized transactions You must always use reasonable precautions to prevent the loss of your credit card. If your credit card is lost or stolen, you must notify us immediately, followed by a written confirmation together with a copy of police report no later than seven (7) days from the occurrence of the event. On the other hand, if there is an unauthorized use of your credit card before the report is made, you may be held liable for all the charges incurred. Please refer to Clause 11 of your Citibank Card Agreement Terms and Conditions and/or Citibusiness Card Agreement. Right to set-off Citibank has right to combine or consolidate all or any of your account (including joint account; settling entire amount) with us to set-off or transfer the monies to payoff the outstanding of your credit card at anytime without prior notice.

6. What if I fully settle the balance before its maturity (For Balance Transfer) No lock in period & no early settlement penalty if customer fully settle the balance before its maturity 7. What are the major risks of a credit card By paying less than the full payment due amount, the interest amount and the time taken to settle the full amount will increase. Think about your repayment capacity when charging the credit card. The finance charges imposed on the outstanding balance for this credit card is based on a tiered pricing structure in accordance to your repayment history. If we detect any unusual or suspicious activity on your Credit Card Account, we may temporarily suspend your credit privileges until such activity is verified. If you have problems paying for your credit card charges, contact us early to discuss repayment alternatives. You are responsible for all charges incurred by your Supplementary Cardholders (if any) You should not disclose your credit card details or PIN number to any unauthorized persons. You should notify us immediately after having found out your credit card is lost or stolen. We are entitled to recall or withdraw all other credit facilities that you have with us if you breach on default in respect of a Card Account.

8. What do I need to do if there are changes to my contact details? It is important that you inform us promptly of any change in your business or residential address, and contact number. 9. Where can I get further information?
