Folosire uleiuri In masaj


Direct pe piele, uleiurile esentiale sunt aplicate prin masaj. In cele mai multe cazuri, ele trbuie diluate inainte de a fi folosite. In mod clasic, se dilueaza in uleiurile vegetale de baza sau intr-un anumit suport. El se alege in functie de necesitati, de tipul de piele si de arome. Spre exemplu, uleiul de migdale inmoaie pielea, catifeleaza, hidrateaza si calmeaza inflamatiile cutanate. Uleiul de avocado este adecvat pielii uscate si sensibile, ajuta in lupta impotriva imbatranirii cutanate. Uleiul de germeni de grau este bogat in vitamina E, antioxidant foarte puternic, se adreseaza mai ales pielii sensibile si ridate. El protejeaza impotriva agresiunilor exterioare si favorizeaza regenerarea tesuturilor. Uleiul din samburi de struguri este antibacterian si imunostimulator, fiind destinat pielii grase Ca uleiuri de baza, cele in care trebuie diluat uleiul esential, pot fi utilizate: uleiul de masline presat la rece, uleiul de luminita noptii, alune de pamant, de susan, de floarea soarelui, de argan sau de jojoba.

Combinatia ideala
Diluarea recomandata in masaj este de 3-5% ulei essential in ulei de baza si de 2,5% in cazul masajului facial. Pentru copii de la 5 la 12 ani, diluarea recomandata este de 2%, iar pentru copiii mai mici de doi ani, 0,5% Pentru a te ajuta, retine ca o diluare de 1% reprezinta 20 de picaturi de ulei essential in 10 mililitri de ulei de baza; 4 picaturi intr-o lingura de ulei de baza si o picatura de ulei essential intr-o lingurita de baza. Anumite uleiuri pot fi folosite in stare pura. Unul dintre ele este uleiul de lavanda. Uleiurile de acest fel sunt rare si se folosesc cu anumite precautii. Daca nu esti sigura de un anumit ulei, este recomandat sa il diluezi si nu sa il folosesti in stare pura.

In comprese

Inmoaie o compresa sau un tifon in apa calda sau rece, apoi pune pe ea intre sase si doisprezece picaturi din uleiul esential ales. Aplica direct compresa pe zona vizata si las-o pe piele douazeci de minute.

La dus
Iti poti prepara singura gelul de dus si chiar samponul. Cumpara dintr-un magazin specializat in produse naturale si biologice un gel de dus sau un sampon fara parfum si adauga uleiul tau esential preferat. Proportia este de 15 picaturi in 10 mililitri de gel. Amesteca bine inainte de utilizare. De asemenea poti pune 2-3 picaturi de ulei pe buretele tau de baie.

La baie
Daca faci baie cu apa in care ai adaugat ulei esential, ai grija ca ea sa nu fie fierbinte si nu sta mai mult de 20 de minute in cada. Avantajul balilor este ca uleiul esential nu patrunde doar prin piele, ci si prin caile respiratorii, pentru ca se degaja in vaporii de baie. Uleiul nu este solubil in apa si de aceea trebuie diluat intr-un produs specific inainte de a-l varsa in apa de baie. Exista pe piata produse in care acesta a fost deja diluat. Unul dintre ele sunt emulsiile pe baza de ulei esential, pe care le gasim in magazinele specializate sau in farmacii. Poti recurge si la produsele preparate in casa dupa urmatoarea reteta:

Pentru gomaj: 15-30 picaturi ulei esential in 500 grame sare de mare Gel de dus: 10-15 picaturi ulei esential la 10 mililiri gel de dus neparfumat Crema de fata: 15 picaturi ulei esential in 500 grame argila Crema de corp: 5 picaturi ulei esential intr-o lingura de miere Masca de fata: 3 picaturi ulei esential la un galbenus de ou Baie relaxanta: 20 picaturi ulei esential la un litru de lapte varsat in apa de baie.
