Module 2: Skills Assessment Completion Instructions Purpose of Assignment: This Skills Assessment is based on Module 2 and is designed to help

you develop an awareness of your skills and competencies. In going through this assessment each skill must be evaluated using the scale below: 5 = Exceptional 4 = Above Average 3 = Satisfactory 2 = Marginal or 1 = Not Applicable
