We are currently studying the book Eight Steps to Happiness: The Buddhist Way of Loving-Kindness, by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, and are still quite close to the beginning ~ a perfect time to join! Classes focus on meditation, study, and discussion of the topics in the book.
