Dream Work 1. What is the dream in full detail? Are you sitting or standing?

Use the most imaginative part. What comes to you? What associations/relation to, what comes to mind? What parts are in relation to your current life. 2. What did you feel in the dream? And now? Sense the feel-quality/let it come back now. Choose the most puzzling, oddest, most striking/beautiful part/felt sense in body. Pick one part/ what in life feels like that, what does feel quality remind you of. Did you ever feel like that? What is new for you in that felt sense? 3. What did you do yesterday? Inwardly preoccupation with? How is it related to dream. 4. Visualize and sense the lay-out of the main place in your dream. What does it remind you of? Where have you been in a place like that? What place felt like that? How are you like that? 5. Summarize the story plot. What in your life is like that story? Steps/Frames What might be... What seems like... Whats it like for you to... Summarize and ask: Does that fit anything going on in your life. First, then, then. 6. Known/unknown person in your dream / what does this person remind you of. What physical feel quality does this person in the dream give you. Did the person look as they usually do? 7. What part of you is that. What feel quality does this person have/give you. What sense comes in your body. You neednt name it just have it. Can you sense any part of you that is . What is one adjective I could use for that person. Now think of that

adjective or feel qualities are part of you. Is that a part of you, what part would that be. Does it make sense if you take it as a story about how you relate to that part of you? Could it be a suppressed part of you. 8. Loosen up / play the character/object in that dream. Exaggerate/overdo. As you play that character, allow the feel quality of being that person come in your body. What comes to you to say or do? Wait and see what words or moves or sense come from the body feel. How would that be useful? How might there be something in THIS that I need. 9. Vividly visualize the end, or any one important sense of the dream. Feel it again. When it comes back as fully as possible, just watch it and wait for something further to happen. Any impulses to do something in that scene? What do objects in the dream want to do. 10. What does object in dream stand for? What is that kind of an object is it? What is it used for? Does it fit anything? (Substitute associations back into dream for fit.) 11. Body analogy. Especially highlow and under. 12. What is specifically different from the actual situation? Exactly what has the dream changed? Does the dream picture something different in value, opposite from how you evaluate it in waking life? How would it feel in your body if you were a little bit more . Sense that in your body...is that a right direction? 13. Any childhood memories in relation to the dream? In childhood, what had that feel-quality from the dream? What went on at that time? What was that like for you? How old are you when it happened? 14. What are you struggling with? Wanting to be or do? Anyone or anything that represents what you still need to develop.

15. If it were a story about sex/relationships, what would it be saying? 16. What creative/spiritual potential of yours might the dream be about? Are there dimensions of being human in the dream that you dont take much account of in your life? 17. What would be the opposite value/feelings/interpretation/action? What in dream is most opposite of you? As you look at that dream, does anything come you your body? (Wait for it to come.)
