FALL FEST 2011 REGISTRATION FORM!

Registration is free if forms are turned in by Sunday, October 16th. However ALL late entries must pay a $10 late registration fee to the OCMA, and no registration forms will be accepted after Wednesday, October 26th! Drop off locations are participating Ore City churches. Speak with your local Pastor to encourage your church to participate, or call 903-968-4404 to get more information. Are you registering for the Chili Cook Off only? Y N Any member of a local Ore City church can enter as a representative of their place of worship. The prize awarded will recognize the person, but the event is intended to be a fun church against church competition! Chili entries must be accompanied by at least one box of crackers. The chili entries will be used to freely feed those at the Fall Fest after the judging and award. Therefore, entries must be presented at 3:45pm in the Community Center, as judging will take place promptly at 4pm. Late entries will not be accepted, other than to help feed the community.
