Beit Ha Mekdash in Islamic Authentic Sources Shalom Aleichem * This is Noha Hashad, the "nuclear physics scientist who fled egypt to Israel" as they write about me in egyptian newspapers! * Well, actually I am a nuclear scientist, but I didn't "flee" egypt to Israel! * The amount of lies fabricated about me in the egyptian press, which I have, of course, all the evidences, arguments and judicial decisions that prove them lying, is the tangible living proof of how the same propaganda and the same actors promoted their ideas and tried to impose their influence on the international community to seize the rights of others unlawfully. * BUT, It is known that if people are forced to sign agreements or contracts under pressure, threat or fear, the agreements will be deemed void

* & I emphasize that there is a blurring of facts and a signing of agreements under abnormal conditions of fear and threat and deliberate prevention of witnesses from saying the truth before the final judgment takes place.

* Therefore, I appeal today to the International Community and the United Nations and to President Obama again to give enough time to study the documents submitted and hear the testimony of witnesses to grant a fair trial for both parties of the

conflict, not to serve the interests of one party at the expense of the other unlawfully. * I invite as well, distinguished scholars of Islam all over the world (not only the arab world of course) to please re-examine the situation honestly and make a constructive confrontation NOW and a re-evaluation of Jewish Rights in their land and holy places in order to achieve a true final peace in the ME without further bloodshed, without fear from the other ======================================

* Now as I was thinking about the problem of "Beit Ha Mekdash", I was thinking like; what is the debate that arabs can have to deny the Jewish Rights on their land or holy places? Everything is proven in their documents, everything is written in their Qur'an, the holy book that they cannot deny or accuse of lying, so what is the problem?

* Back in the year 1999, I dealt with an equation called "Hoogenstraaten Equation-1958" for calculating "trap parameters"! the equation didn't match my results (I know how accurate I am B"H) so I started to doubt the equation AND THE EQUATION WAS WRONG!! I have corrected the equation and used my corrected formula throughout the thesis and received a magnificent report from the foreign examiner.

* Same thing here, there is a "wrong equation" in the middle east that needs correction! ======================================

*There are 4 main points about "Beit Ha Mekdash" stated in Islamic References:

(1) OWNERSHIP OF THE HOLY LAND

5-21"O my people! Enter the holy land (Palestine) which Allh has written /assigned to you and turn not back 81-

21-81 And to Solomon (We subjected) the wind strongly raging, running by his command towards the land which We had blessed. And of everything We are the All-Knower. (All Islamic interpreters say the this land is "al-sham" including so called 'palestine',) 137 - ........

7-137 And We made the people who were considered weak to inherit the eastern parts of the land and the western parts thereof which We have blessed. And the fair Word of your Lord was fulfilled for the Children of Israel. And I've asked one of the sheikhs in egypt in "Dar El-Ifta" in Al-Azhar which's the biggest Islamic Institution in the middle east, telling him if I'm a lawyer and there is some Christian piece of land has been taken over by Muslims where they set up a mosque and I'm afraid to plead in a case involved in the demolition of a mosque! He said, to whom the land belongs? I said to the Christians, he replied, they can demolish what they like and build what they like instead! As I got the message, I was relieved and continued my research. ======================================

(2) THE REASON BEHIND FOLLOWING THE JEWISH DIRECTION BY MUSLIMS FOR 16-17 MONTHS 143- ( (sura2 verse143) And We made the Qiblah (prayer direction towards Jerusalem) which you used to face, only to test those who followed the

Messenger (Muhammad ) from those who would turn on their heels (i.e. disobey the Messenger).

Then they differed Was it by the Koran, or anything else; there are two views, and told Al-Qurtubi in his interpretation quoting Ikrimah, Abul-Aliahand Hasan al-Basri to go to Jerusalem was his idea peace be upon him. (Ibn Katheer) 145-

(sura2 verse145) And even if you were to bring to the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians) all the Ayt (proofs, evidence, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.), they would not follow your Qiblah (prayer direction), nor are you going to follow their Qiblah (prayer direction).

148- (sura2 verse148)

For every nation there is a direction to which they face (in their prayers). So hasten towards all that is good. ==================================

(3) 3-TIMES ORDER TO TURN AWAY TO MEKKA (i.e. TO TURN THEIR FACES AWAY FROM YERUSHALAYIM)

All Islamic references wondered why God ordered the muslims 3-times to turn away from Yerushalyim! Well, each describes a certain "degree" for those who didn't obey! 144

(sura2 verse144) 2-144. Verily! We have seen the turning of your face towards the heaven. Surely, We shall turn you to a Qiblah (prayer direction) that shall please you, so turn your face in the direction of AlMasjid-al-Harm (at Makkah). And wheresoever you people are, turn your faces (in prayer) in that direction.

2- 149. And from wheresoever you start forth (for prayers), turn your face in the direction of Al-Masjid-Al-Harm (at Makkah), that is indeed the truth from your Lord. And Allh is not unaware of what you do.

2-150 And from wheresoever you start forth (for prayers), turn your face in the direction of Al-Masjid-Al-Harm (at Makkah), and wheresoever you are, turn your faces towards it (when you pray) so that men may have no argument against you

* And here I'm asking the arabs, if the Jewish Qibla DID NOT PLEASE MOHAMMED (nor his friends), SO WHY ARE YOU STICKING TO IT? * It's the LEAST MERIT to pray in Beit Ha Mekdash (or al-Aqsa mosque) the way it is in the Grand Mosque or the Prophet's Mosque!! ======================================

(4) BEIT HA MEKDASH BUILT BY SOLOMON .........

Huthayfah said I said, O Messenger of God Beit Ha Mekdash has been a great house to God, he said; yes it was built by Solomon bin David of gold, rubies ......... and Nebuchadnezzar burned it.

When Solomon the son of David had finished building building Beit Ha Mekdash, he asked God three merits.. I once read that "Saeb Erekat" asked the Jews: & how do you this is the place of the temple? know that I say to him now; IT WAS INSTRUCTED BY MUHAMMED HIMSELF!! This would be the wisdom of God to make the Muslims follow the Qibla of the Jews! To prove the place of Beit Ha Mekdash, that was built by Solomon Ben David, the Temple which is AL- Aqsa Mosque So, what is the reason to deprive the Jews of their rights to perform their rituals in their land and holy places? And I'm confronting the sheikhs and askingthem to bring this conflict to an end. And I will tell them one final thing; 82

18-82 "And as for the wall, it belonged to two orphan boys in the town; and there was under it a treasure belonging to them; and their father was a righteous man, and your Lord intended that they should attain their age of full strength and take out their treasure as a mercy from your Lord. And I did them not of my own accord. That is the interpretation of those (things)

over which you could not hold patience." Same way, tell the Muslims now, Thank you for keeping Jewish treasures until the day has come when they became able to claim their rights in the their land and holy places that is proven in your books, and until the day has come where there is justice in the world that can protect those rights as well! You cannot ignore these documents or testimony of witnesses so please study these documents well and FREEZE any further action with respect to this conflict until you do.
