Election of the officers The election of officers is being initiated so that there will be persons or body who will work for the establishment of this local organization. This is held at Letran campus on june 25, 2010. The participants are the engineering students as well as the adviser. Remarks: Accomplished

Affiliation in the IECEP CLSC After the election, the body started to work for the affiliation in IECEP Central Luzon. This was conducted for us to be able to recognize by the authorized student chapter in the region. The application of the affiliation is made during the month of July. The persons involved in the affiliation were the local chapter officers. Remarks: Accomplished

Organizational Shirt The main objective of this activity is for us to be easily identify especially when there will be an assembly which we are going to attend. This was accomplished during the month of August and the persons involved are the engineering students and the adviser. Remarks: Accomplished

General Local Chapter Assembly This assembly is held annually to be able to discuss among the members of the local chapter the future activities that the organization will be doing. A brief orientation is initiated with regards to the organizations mission and vision, background of the organizations past and future activities and finally a simple spirit of camaraderie is conducted. This activity was accomplished on July 14, 2010 and the persons involved are the engineering students and adviser. Remarks: Accomplished

Attendance in 5th IECEP-CLSC General assembly This activity promoted camaraderie among the ECE students of different schools here in Central Luzon because every engineering student were given privilege to mingle with their co leagues. It also gave us a chance have an idea of what the organization plans for us members and what the organization wants for its members. This was held on August 29,2010 at Columban College. Our participants are the 3rd year and 4th year engineering students. Remarks: Accomplished

Participation in the 5th IECEP-Interscholastic Quiz Show It was held on September 25, 2010 at Angeles University Pampanga. The participants of our chapter are comprises of 3rd and 4th year students. The purpose of participation is to exhibit the skills and capabilities of Letran students in such event.

IECEP SPORTSFEST This activity promoted sportsmanship and camaraderie among the participants. It held on November 13, 2010 at Colegio de San Juan de Letran Bataan. This event was participated by 6 schools which are members of the IECEP-CLSC. The main organizer of the event was the IECEP-CSJLBSC, IECEP-Bataan also participated the said activity. Remarks: Accomplished

Attendance in the 60th IECEP Annual National Convention This held during December 7- 9, 2010 and participants of our school chapter were the 3 rd year and 4th year engineering students.
