Dear Sir/Madam, On the basis of our talks and communication, we are pleased to offer you the opportunity to work as DLPD Associate for selling our Distance Learning Programmes (DLPs) on sales incentives. The formal agreement shall be executed with you upon receiving a refundable security deposit of Rs. 5000/through bank demand draft in favour of Resonance Eduventures Pvt. Ltd. payable at Kota. Overview of DLPD Associate general working directives 1. Resonance Eduventures Pvt. Ltd. is a company offering coaching programmes for students of class VII to XII through classroom, distance learning, e-learning modes towards preparation of NTSE, KVPY, International Science/Maths Olympiads, IIT-JEE, AIEEE, Pre-medical Entrance Exams. 2. The DLPD of Resonance Eduventures Pvt., Ltd. runs Distance Learning Programmes (DLPs) for the students of Class VII, VIII, IX, X, XI, XII and XII-pass to prepare for NTSE, CBSE, KVPY, IIT-JEE, AIEEE, and Pre-medical Entrance Exams prevailing at respective class levels. 3. DLPD wishes to expand the reach of its Distance Learning Programmes, hereinafter called DLPs, to the prospective students at various locations in India and enroll them in applicable DLPs AND to meet out the purpose of expansion, DLPD is appointing DLPD Associate for earmarked city. 4. DLPD Associate shall make efforts to enroll students on its cost in DLPs in the earmarked city whereas DLPD shall provide promotional materials in the form of leaflets and posters in reasonable quantities to DLPD Associate to be used in awareness & promotion of DLPs. 5. DLPD shall provide one specimen copy of each programme of DLPs to DLPD Associate, which DLPD Associate can use for the purpose of showing to prospective students for DLPs. 6. DLPD Associate shall forward to DLPD the completely filled-in application forms by students applying for enrollment in DLPs, along with respective programme fees taken only in the form of Demand Draft in favour of Resonance Eduventures Pvt. Ltd. payable at Kota, Rajasthan. 7. DLPD shall pay incentives to DLPD Associate in lieu of the DLPs enrollments that have come through DLPD Associate. The incentives shall be reimbursed after realizing the full applicable DLPs enrollment fee from the students. The payments shall be made by DLPD by 10th day of a month for the enrollments fees th realized by 25 day of last month through DLPD Associate. 8. The detailed terms and conditions shall be as per the DLPD Associate agreement, which shall be sent by the company upon receiving the security deposit. 9. The incentive table are given on the following pages.
