d-(1) RBI HAS INCRSED REPO RATES 11 TIMES because of which loan has become expensive,i.e high rate of interst on loan but on the other side rate of interest on fixed deposits have increased considerably,i.e from 6.5%-9.5% *in one year(*different rate of interest depending on time period & higher rate of interest for senior citizens).Developed markets are facing financial crisis like low production rate,high level of debt,unemployment,etc. These negative global cues are indicating chances of double dip recession.So probability that RBIlowering down repo rate are very high,a part of governments stimulus package.Th eresult of which would be reflected in low rate of interest in fixed deposits. The other reason for opting fixed deposit is that present rate of interest are highest since lat 2-3 years . So we will deposit 1 lack in F.D for stable& safe growth. Gold(2lakh) Gold is making records highs in lat 10 days.
