Urbanization Brings Problems Nowadays, the movement of people from rural areas to the town is being a part of problems in Indonesia. Consequently, the movement of people from rural areas to towns, or named urbanization has to be stopped to avoid future problems. The government also has to be concern about this situation since there are lots of effects from this situation especially for the humans. The government should get the solution and solve the problem quickly. So, the future problem will not exist and will finish fast. There are three example problems that might exist because of urbanization, increasing people who leave the village create overpopulation as well as evoke the transportation problems and also bring the air pollution. First, urbanization can create overpopulation in the town. As more and more people leave villages and live in cities, urbanization can make the human population growth grow quickly. The city cannot accommodate the new comers from the village which is always increased. As we know that the city does always has limited occupation. Moreover, the villager come to the city has a destination namely looking for a job opportunity. Actually, they have to compete to get the job opportunity. So, if they lose they will be eliminated. Eventually, they do not have a place to live as well as job and perhaps they will be a vagrant. Considering above, the vagrant will evoke transportation problems. The vagrant likes go to the street and look for money there. They ask for money to the people when the traffic was red. Truthfully, vagrant disturbs the motorist on the street because sometimes there are some vagrants who ask for money when the traffic was green and make a traffic jam, it must be annoying thing. The other supporting reason is many private vehicle (reads: motorcycle, car) in the towns. People prefer use the private vehicle rather than the common one. The main factor is they feel more comfortable to use their own vehicle. It also makes the street crowded. To solve

this problem, the government should make a program; build some office in the rural areas. So, the villager must not move to the towns to apply for a job. The third problem from urbanization is the air pollution. Actually, we do really have to consider with this problem. Actually, the air quality is affected by automotive and industrial emissions. Increasing people who use the private vehicle, it can product much carbon monoxide in the air. Carbon monoxide is a dangerous fume. This fume can lead the breath problems such us asthma. In addition, it is important if we use the mask when we go somewhere to avoid carbon monoxide enter to our own nostril. Finally, after mention about the problems that might exist if there is urbanization, we have to look for the solution to solve the problems and create some programs to defeat the effect of urbanization. If the program does not work perfectly, the government have to make a decision namely to stop the urbanization.
