Statement of Work (S.O.W.)

Task 1:- To reinvestment the additional profit by funding projects within the company. Task 2:-The money invested must be properly utilized to get the best output of Projects.

Requirements

The survey should tell about all the necessary data required for the investment in the project & the way how to collect these information properly to get maximium positive result.

Deliverables

A report giving details of expected result from the project. A detailed report of recommendations and associated costs. All the current status must be provided to the Head Office by mail or letter on the pre-determined date. The given report must be brief and focus on progeress compared to the other projects.

Item supplied by Company

The necessary funds will be provided by the customer in order to maximise the profit and minimise the cost.

Approval Required

Approval from the Midsize Pharmaceutical Company must be obtained by the contractor, so that the required amount of fund can be provided before final decision of such investment.

Type of Contract

The contract will be for a fixed price for all the necessary work to be undertaken for such purposes of the project to meet all the requirement of the request for proposal.

Due Date

The project head will submit the Hard copy and C.D. of the proposal to Midsize Pharmaceutical company on or before 15th October, 2011.

Schedule

The company expects to select the project manager by 15th November 2011. The required period of performance is six months, i.e. from 15th November to 15th June 2012. All deliverables must be provided o Mid Size Pharmaceutical Company on or before 15th June.

Payment Term

The Midsize Company will make payments to the project head according to the following schedule, 1/3rd of the total amount when project to be 1/3rd completed. 1/3rd of the total amount when Midsize Pharmaceutical Co. is satisfied that the project is 100% complete & that the project manager has fulfilled all contractual obligations.

Proposal Content
APPROACHES: A discussion that indicates the manager clearly understands the request for proposal and what is expected .Also, a detailed discussion of the managers approach to conducting the projects and a detailed description of each task and how it will be accomplished. DELIVERABLES: A description of each deliverables the manager will provide. SCHEDULE: A network diagram showing the weekly schedule of the detailed tasks to be performed in order to complete the project by the required project finish date.

EXPERIENCE:

A discussion of recent similar projects the manager has performed . STAFFING: The names and detailed resumes of the specific individuals who will be assigned to work on the project and highlight of their experience on similar projects. COSTS: The total fixed price must be stated and supported by a detailed breakdown of hours and an hourly cost rate for each person who will be assigned to the project. Additionally, an itemized list of all direct expenses must be included.

PROPOSAL EVALUATION CRITERIA:


APPROACH(30%) The approach and methodology the manager proposes to conduct the survey and analyze the results. EXPERIENCE(30%) The experience of the manager and the staff assigned to the project in performing similar projects. PRICE(30%) The fixed commission of the managers proposal. SCHEDULE(10%) The detail and overall duration of the managers proposal schedule to complete the project on or before the required project finish date.
