- Guide Specifications
Two-Way, 350 psig Regulating Valve Each refrigerant circuits head pressure shall be controlled by a factory supplied, high pressure twoway water /glycol regulating valve rated for 350 psig. w.w.p. Three-Way, Head Pressure Regulating Valve Each refrigerant circuits head pressure shall be controlled by a factory supplied: 3-Way, 150 psig w.w.p. head pressure valve or, 3-Way, 350 psig w.w.p. head pressure valve.
An adjustable floor stand shall be provided to allow for ease of installation of the unit onto a raised floor. Floor stand height shall range (nominal 12", 18", & 24") and shall have field adjustment capability.
Note: For additional floor stand heights, please contact your local SATS sales representative.
Chilled Water cooling shall be controlled by the following standard and optional control valves: Models CCU/D-110/200-CW:
3-way, 300 psig (standard) 2-way, 300 psig (optional) 2-way, 400 psig (optional) 3-way, 400 psig (optional)
Turning Vanes:
Turning vanes shall be factory installed to each unit's floor stand.
Standard Valve Control: A ____-way modulating CW cooling control valve rated for a maximum ____ psig w.w.p. shall be factory installed. Precision cooling control shall be accomplished via a C-1002 modulating control signal to the control valve.
3-12
Optional Features shall be provided. The plenum box shall include double-deflecting, adjustable grilles.
Guide Specifications
firestat. The firestat will shut down the air conditioner upon sensing a high return air temperature.

Optional Features
- Guide Specifications
Condensate Pump:
A high capacity, high temperature condensate pump shall be provided for automatic removal of condensate and humidifier flush water (if applicable). The condensate pump shall be specifically designed to operate with the higher condensate temperatures caused by the flush and drain cycle of the electrode canister humidifiers. As a standard the condensate pump shall ship loose for field installation on all systems. Factory installation of the condensate pump is available as an option on models CCU-171 and CCU-201 (upflow).
A remote single point water/leak detector shall be included to provide additional safety to the standard condensate pan safety float. Upon sensing a water leak, the normally closed water detector control circuit opens, which will cause the air conditioner to shut down. Dual (two) - Spot Type Detectors:
Smoke Detection:
Quantity 2 (two) remote spot type water/leak detectors per A/C unit shall be factory provided for remote field installation. Upon sensing a water leak, the normally closed water detector control circuit opens, which will cause the air conditioner to shut down. Remote Water Detector- Strip Type:
A photoelectric smoke detector shall be factory installed and wired in the evaporator section of the suction side of the evaporator blower. The air conditioner will shut down upon sensing smoke in the return air stream.
Firestat:
A 25 ft. in length remote strip/cable type water/leak detector shall be provided for remote field installation. Upon sensing a water leak, the normally closed water detector control circuit shall open, thereby shutting down the A/C unit The air conditioner shall be provided with a factory wired and mounted
