y name is Yoon Hee chang, and I am currently enrolled at Yongsan International School of Seoul. It's my goal to obtain a position as a marketing manager at a big company and help the company to make the most out of everything. I will achieve my goal by following my career plan.

University Years My plan after high school is to attend the University of California, Berkley majoring in management while minoring in psychology. I think minoring in psychology will help my career since it'd help me to understand what people wants, and act on it since marketing is all about satisfying the customers. Since this college is widely known to be one of the best colleges in the states, I believe that will give me a good identity on my profile and give me a better chance to succeed.

To Development After a first couple of years of internship, I would be looking forward to get into a higher position. The position where I can be an actual worker but still be learning from my mistakes. If I had a choice of which position I would want to take, I'd prefer either designing or communicating with the customers. I'm going for designing because I am artistic and I love to create new things and be creative. I'd also go for communicating with the customers since I like to socialize with friends and maintain good relationships.

From Rags After I graduate UC Berkley, I think I will work at a small company for a start, since you have to build experience. So basically as an intern, I would probably be learning how to communicate with the customers and how to satisfy them. I'd also work with some of the senior managers to basically get a brief concept of how managing really is. Like this, I' will probably be working to understand the basic understand of consumer marketing as a start. Also, I would probably work in a lot of different positions so I'll be able to give orders and really know how the company rolls.

To Riches When I am ready to take a high position, I would become a senior manager and conduct the company. I would want to be known as a women that is capable of having a good leadership and being able to make wise decisions. Also, my dream is to make the company I work in as one of the top 10 companies in the world. So I will be globally known as the best marketing manager and enjoy all the attention I'm receiving.
