INDEFINITE-TERM INDIVIDUAL EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT

worker", the following employment contract has been agreed:

FIRST : The company ..........................................., hires to


Mrs. ..........................................., who accepts and undertakes to carry
out the work of ....................... or any other related work entrusted to
him by the employer or his superiors in the company.

SECOND : The worker must provide his services on the

However, the employer may assign you to any of the company's
branches, premises or offices, within the same city or commune.

THIRD : The work day will be as follows:


- Monday to Friday, from ...... to ...... hours; and from ...... to ......
hours. The daily shift will be interrupted by a break of ....... minutes
allocated for discussion.
- Saturdays, from ...... to ...... hours, without snacks.
The employer, in accordance with the law and in accordance with the
operating needs of the Company, may alter the start and end times of
the daily work day.

FOURTH: The worker's remuneration will be the monthly sum of


$ ............ (......................... .............. pesos), per calendar month, which
will be settled and paid in arrears at the employer's Offices, on the last
business day of each month.
Taxes, pension contributions or Social Security will be deducted from
the remuneration. No other discounts may be made, except those
authorized by law, the Company's Internal Regulations or those that
have been judicially ordered or authorized by the worker, in writing.
The foregoing, without prejudice to advance payments of remuneration,
within each period, that the worker authorizes to make. It is the power
and right of the company to deduct time not worked due to absences,
permits and delays, and, likewise, the amount of regulatory fines that
may apply.
FIFTH : The employer undertakes to grant or provide the worker with
the following
benefits:

SIXTH : These are essential obligations of the worker, the violation of


which the parties understand as
justified cause for termination of this contract, the following:
a) complete the work day in full;
b) take care of and maintain, in perfect condition, the machines, tools
and other assets of the company;
c) comply with the instructions and orders given by any of his
superiors;
d) ring the time clock card, both when entering and leaving the
company. It will be presumed that the worker has been absent or has
arrived late, due to the sole circumstance of not marking the card.
e) work overtime whenever, for production reasons, the company
determines it, which will be paid with a 50% surcharge. Failure to
comply with this obligation, imposed by the contract, will be understood
as the worker's refusal to perform his or her work.
f) in cases of absence from work due to illness, the worker must justify
it with the corresponding medical certificate, issued by a Physician,
within a period of 24 hours from when he or she stopped attending
work.

SEVENTH : The worker will respect the Internal Regulations, the text of
which he has received, which he declares to be familiar with and is
understood to be an integral part of this contract.

EIGHTH: The worker is prohibited from carrying out business or


activities within the business line, which is the one in which the
employer operates.
Likewise, the following acts are prohibited:
1.- Carry out activities unrelated to your work in the Company during
the work day.

NINTH : This contract will be valid indefinitely. The parties may


terminate it by mutual agreement; and one of them, in the form,
conditions and causes indicated in articles 159, 160 and 161 of the
Labor Code.

ELEVENTH : For all purposes derived from this contract, the parties
