TERMINATION OF HOUSING LEASE CONTRACT

MEETING

On the one hand:

Mr. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX, of legal age, with D.N.I./N.I.F. number


XXXXXXXXXXXXXX with address for the purposes of this contract at
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX street in the municipality of XXXXXXXXXXXX
with CP XXXXXXXXXXXX, acting as LENDING PARTY

On the other hand:

Mr. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX of legal age, with D.N.I./N.I.F. number


XXXXXXXXXXXXX and domiciled for the purposes of this contract at
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX in the municipality of XXXXXXXXXXXX with CP
XXXXXXXXXXXXXX, acting as LENDER PARTY

INTERVENE

On his own behalf and in his own right, acknowledging the legal
capacity necessary to execute this document and

EXPONEN

First.- Mr. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX leased to Mr. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX


an urban property, with Cadastral Reference No. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
built in XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX in the municipality of
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.

Second. - The Lease period was initially fixed from the X of XXXXX of
2012 until the X of XXXXX of 2012, which can be automatically extended
annually for a maximum period of five years, in accordance with the
provisions of the Urban Lease Law.

Third: The rest of the Lease conditions are set forth in the clauses of the
aforementioned Lease Contract.

Fourth- Mr. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX has informed Mr.


XXXXXXXXXXXXXX of his intention to cancel the lease of the
aforementioned property.

AGREE
FIRST.- To terminate by mutual agreement the LEASE AGREEMENT entered
into by both parties on X of XXXXXXXX of 2012 on the dwelling located at
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX in the municipality of XXXXXXXXXXXXXX,
XXXXXXXXXXXXXX, owned by the lessor.

SECOND.- The lessee delivers the keys of the leased property to the lessor,
who declares that the property is in a good state of conservation, with no
damages other than those derived from its ordinary use.

THIRD.- Likewise, the lessor states that the lessee has punctually complied with
its obligation to pay the rent, without owing any amount as of today.

FOURTH. In the absence of any debt owed by the lessee or any damage to the
dwelling, the lessor shall return the deposit of XXXX euros (XXXXX euros) paid
at the time of formalization of the contract (in the case of cash at the time of
delivery of the keys).In the absence of any debt to be paid by the lessee or any
damage to the dwelling, the lessor shall return the deposit of XXXX euros
(XXXXX euros) paid at the time of signing the contract to the following account
number: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX (in the case of being made by deposit or
bank transfer).

Having read the present document by both parties, and being in agreement with
its contents, they sign it in duplicate on all pages at the place and on the date
indicated in the heading.
