1. SCHEDULE AND WORKING DAYS

Through this document, _______________ (hereinafter, the “Company”) states that the
work of the staff is carried out during the following working hours: Monday to Friday from
______ to ______ pm, with snack hours from ______ to ______ pm ; in accordance with
the notice published next to the entry and exit control register.

In this sense, the weekly work day is ____________.

2. ENTRY AND PERMANENCE POLICY IN THE WORK CENTER

The Company also states that it has a policy that personnel strictly comply with the
schedule and work day indicated in the previous point; Therefore, you must only remain
in the work center during working hours. In this sense, as a general rule, no worker will
perform overtime work.

However, exceptionally, personnel who require entry to the workplace or stay there for
work reasons outside of working hours or in excess of the working day, must previously
have the corresponding authorization from the _______, who will determine the need to
make use of the income or extraordinary stay, before or after the work day, respectively,
according to the procedure that will be explained in the following point.

3. EXTRAORDINARY OVERTIME WORK POLICY

For the purposes of entering or staying in the workplace for work reasons, the Company
establishes the following rules:

3.1. The worker must obtain the corresponding authorization form, fill it out and obtain
approval of the authorization from the ________, before the end of the ordinary
work day on the day before the extraordinary entry will occur or before the end of
the ordinary work day. of work on the day on which the extraordinary stay will
occur. In the authorization format, you must specify in a generic manner the work
reasons that justify the extraordinary entry or stay in the workplace. In the
authorization format, you must specify whether the form of payment is determined
and the manner in which the extraordinary stay will be carried out.
3.2. As the reason for the extraordinary stay is of a work nature, the worker must
refrain from carrying out activities other than work that are linked to the
Company.
3.3. As appropriate, the worker must show the authorization obtained to enter the
workplace or keep the authorization obtained in his or her possession in order to
show it when Security (OR INDICATE THE PERSONNEL DESIGNATED BY
THE COMPANY) requests it, and - in both cases - until the end of the worker's
extraordinary stay, at which time it must be handed over to Surveillance (OR
INDICATE THE PERSONNEL DESIGNATED BY THE COMPANY) .
3.4. The worker who has authorization for extraordinary entry or stay must begin work
or leave the workplace, respectively, within the time limit provided for in the
aforementioned authorization; The duration of the authorized entry or
extraordinary stay must be entered in the column called “Overtime” of the entry
and exit control record.
3.5. In the early hours of the day following the admission or extraordinary stay,
Surveillance (OR INDICATE THE PERSONNEL DESIGNATED BY THE
COMPANY) will send to Human Resources (OR THE DEPENDENCY
DESIGNATED BY THE COMPANY) all authorizations for their corresponding
control.
3.6. The extraordinary stay can only occur once the authorization has been approved.
It will not be enough to have started the procedures to obtain the authorization, but
it must have the respective approval.

4. FORMS OF PAYMENT FOR INCOME OR EXTRAORDINARY PERMANENCE

As long as what is stated in points 1 is complied with. and 2. of this Memorandum, the
Company establishes the following forms of payment for income or extraordinary stay in
the workplace:

4.1. PAYMENT OF INCOME OR EXTRAORDINARY PERMANENCE PLUS THE


LEGAL SURCHARGE : The worker will be paid remuneration equivalent to the
time actually worked outside the ordinary working day plus the surcharge
established by law.

4.2. PAYMENT THROUGH COMPENSATION WITH REST : It will be compensated


with rest time of equal duration to the hours worked outside the ordinary work day.
For this purpose, there must be a prior written agreement between the worker and
the _______ (INDICATE THE DEPENDENCY THAT WOULD SIGN ON BEHALF
OF THE COMPANY) .

Payment through compensation with rest does not generate payment of any
surcharge to the worker.

5. ENTRY AND PERMANENCE NOT JUSTIFIED OR AUTHORIZED

Any entry or stay in the workplace that is not justified for work reasons or not authorized
in accordance with points 2. and 3. of this Memorandum, will be the exclusive
responsibility of the worker himself and, consequently, will not be entitled to the payment
established in point 4. of this Memorandum. Therefore, workers who are not authorized
to remain in the workplace may not be there outside of working hours or hours.

In this sense, any worker who contravenes what is stated in the previous paragraph, as
well as the policy contained in this Memorandum, may be sanctioned by the Company.

6. PERSONNEL NOT SUBJECT TO MAXIMUM WORKING DAYS

Personnel who hold management positions, workers who are not subject to immediate
supervision, which includes trusted workers who do not have effective control of working
time by the Company, and workers who provide intermittent services. during the day;
They are not subject to the maximum work day and, therefore, are not included in the
entry and exit control record.
Consequently, the personnel indicated in the previous paragraph do not require
authorization to enter or remain in the work center before or after the end of the ordinary
work day or before it begins; nor should you record the work time in the entry and exit
control record.
