Task for EIE05

EIE05.-TAREA.

THE CREATION OF A COMPANY

Taking as a model the case presented throughout the topic, perform the following six activities :

ACTIVITY 1:

Determine how the organizations mentioned in the topic can help you when carrying out your business
project or others specific to your Autonomous Community or locality.

VENTANILLA ÚNICA ÚNICA EMPRESARIAL (V.U.E.) is an office where you can:


- Obtain complete information on the development of business projects.
- Carrying out the different administrative procedures for the start-up of the activity

COUNSELING AND INITIATION POINTS (PAIT):


- These are offices where you can carry out the telematic processing of Limited Liability Companies
(S.L.) and New Company Limited Liability Companies (S.L.N.E.).
- They are dependent on public administrations and public and private entities, as well as professional
associations, business organizations and chambers of commerce. One-Stop Business Shops can also
function as PAIT.

CHAMBERS OF COMMERCE.
- The Chambers of Commerce support both entrepreneurs and the unemployed who are trying to find
an opportunity for self-employment. They are PAIT.
- They also offer information on public aid and financing.

BUSINESS INFORMATION SERVICE OF THE MUNICIPALITIES.


They advise on the creation of companies, specifically on the procedures. Even in the Women's Delegations,
there are usually women advisors.

BUSINESS ASSOCIATIONS.
They are voluntary associations of entrepreneurs who find support, training and advice in their work.

GENERAL DIRECTORATE OF SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED ENTERPRISES.


They promote entrepreneurship from different perspectives.

MINISTRY OF INNOVATION, SCIENCE AND BUSINESS OF YOUR AUTONOMOUS


COMMUNITY. They inform about the requirements that the business must comply with in order to be
authorized to open (regulations).

OTHER AGENCIES.
Commercial registry. It is an official institution of publicity that allows access to the commercial
information provided by the provincial commercial registries. It is possible to carry out consultations and
procedures telematically.
State Agency of Tax Administration. Advice regarding taxes, tax obligations, deadlines, etc.
Social Security. All the information related to this institution can be found on its website:
State Public Employment Service. To obtain information on employment contracts, company
certificates, etc. A virtual office is available on its website.
ACTIVITY 2:

 Unit 5 information and internet access.


 Database: "Directory of Organizations and Addresses for Self-Employment Assistance". (This
database is located under Task 5).

This directory, as explained in the task statement, will be completed by all members of the group by filling
out a form in the database "Directory of organizations and addresses for self-employment assistance".

 The Directory Database can be edited by the entire student body.


 In this database, students should write down - in collaboration with the other members of the group -
the addresses of the organizations, completing at least one form each (or some of the fields, as
decided by your teacher).

NOTE: In the table of the unit, in section 3 - investment plan and expenses, the amount is 5,400 euros but it
says 6,600 euros.

ACTIVITY 4:

Financing.

Choose which are going to be your lines of financing.

It would have its own and external financing:

Self-financing: Making use of personal savings and family support

External financing: ICO loans: these are the loans most in demand among the self-employed and companies,
regardless of their size. This is because the Official Credit lines are intended for investments and liquidity
needs, so both their interest rates and repayment terms are more advantageous than those of bank loans.

ACTIVITY 5:
The human team.

Determine the organizational structure of your business plan, i.e. the people who compose it and their
functions, as well as their hierarchical position and qualifications. Make a forecast of staff growth in five
years.

The team would be composed of 4 people

- 3 qualified teachers, one for each class: 0 to 1, 1 to 2 and 2 to 3 years with at least 2 years of
experience.
- Me, I would be the manager figure. My duties would be to manage, coordinate and direct the nursery
school. I would also be in charge of the kitchen and of picking up children over 3 years old from
schools in the municipality.

ACTIVITY 6:

Occupational Risks.

Identify the occupational hazards specific to your industry.

Regarding the Identification of Occupational Risks in the Day Care Sector , the main risks will be identified,
which, by way of summary, are as follows:

. Safety risks of different types caused mainly by unsafe working conditions (falls, collisions with objects,
fires, etc.).
. Hygiene risks related to the spread of diseases, presence of environmental agents (exposure to noise,
exposure to chemical agents by inhalation or contact, thermal stress, etc.).
. Ergonomic risks as a consequence of the physical requirements of the tasks to be performed (forced
postures, handling of loads, voice alterations, visual fatigue due to lighting conditions, etc.).
. Psychosocial risks associated with factors related to the organization of daily activities (mental fatigue,
stress, monotony, complexity of tasks, etc.) as well as interpersonal relationships.
