Introduction Studying in De La Salle University- Dasmarias for more than 2 years, its been proven that enrollment and acquiring examination permit has really been a burden for all of the universitys students. When it comes to paying tuition fees, it takes time from paying and reaching the cashier. As far we can see, its because of lack of counter stations and poor regulating system. Same with getting examination permit. Other students fill in the line informally that causes the line longer and more complicated. Maybe the university should double check this matter because even the universitys staffs and employees that we have talked to are saying that they really admit the poor system of the school when it comes to tuition fee payments and having permits. Having this kind of proposal wouldn't need too much expenditure. This just needs some adjustments from the employees and some consideration on the students who will be paying and patiently dealing with this poor payment system.

Conflict and Situation

De La Salle University-Dasmarinas is one of the most prestige universities in the vicinity of Cavite. Students who just graduated from high school seek to have a good university background for them to enhance their knowledge with their specified career. In this year, the University has almost 13 thousand students enrolled including the freshmen. And the rising problem of the university is about the few cashier counters in the Admission office that students are becoming hassled for claiming their examination permits.
