It is the time that the duration of driving and uninterrupted service time may be extended, as well as
reductions in the duration of the daily rest in the following situations: in case of road mishap, vehicle

including but not limited to: loading or unloading, cleaning and technical maintenance, tasks aimed at

Every driver must take a 30-minute break when:

In freight transportation, routes must be organized considering the following:

4.7. The maximum driving time in 24 hours may never exceed 14 hours.
7. Surveillance 7.1. Compliance with this Mexican Official Standard is the responsibility of the Ministry of Communications and
Transportation and the Ministry of the Interior, through the Federal Police, within the scope of their
attributions.

The Secretariat, without prejudice to the powers vested in the Ministry of the Interior, through the Federal
