LEGAL NOTICE.

Sir,
I have been directed by my client Mr. Shahid Latif S/o Ch.
Muhammad Latif Amratsari, resident of 6-Bosan Road, Multan, to
serve you with this legal notice on the following grounds: -
1) That you have rented a portion of property of my client, which
was specified in the rent agreement dated 5.6.2000, executed
by you in the favour of my client.

2) That without any permission from my client, you illegally


trespassed into the contiguous plot and again without prior
permission, arranged an exhibition upon that plot for which
you received Rs. 6,000/- per month. When this illegal practice
was refrained, you extended threats to my client and
submitted fictitious applications to the different authorities.
You also created nuisance for my client by giving wrong and
baseless informations to the newspapers. On the bases of
those informations, news were published which also damaged
the reputation of my client. My client reserves the right to
initiate legal proceedings against you.

3) That as per terms & conditions mentioned in the rent


agreement, you were required to provide a copy of utility bills
to my client, after payment, but you failed to do so and
contravened the settled terms and conditions.

4) That you filed a civil suit in which you annexed a map, which
was different from the map, chalked out in the rent agreement.
So, you committed forgery and prepared and used the forged
documents. My client expects every type of forgery from you
in future also. My client also reserves right to initiate legal
proceedings in this regard.

5) That since last four months, you did not offer/pay the monthly
rent, and as such, you committed the willful default, and you
are liable to be evicted.

6) That my client is in need of this property for his personal use.


7) That in this situation, my client is not willing to continue the
tenancy furthermore. This notice may please be treated as a
notice for the eviction. As per terms & conditions of rent
agreement, after the expiry of THREE months, you are
requested to vacate the premises. In case of litigation, you
shall be liable for each and every expense incurred.

Note: -
The undersigned has retained a copy of this notice as record.
You are hereby directed to keep the original with you. The same can
be asked to produce in the court of law, in case of litigation.

Certified that this notice consists upon three pages and there is
no correction/cutting in it.
