Undergraduate Electives
Students are required to take CEE 305, CEE 375, and one of CEE 472/473/474. They can select from six different construction courses to fulfill two technical electives. Students can thus enter the construction job market with excellent preparation. Graduate students also usually take the senior level construction classes.

M.S. Program
Students can choose between a thesis option (Plan A) and a non-thesis option (Plan B). Plan A includes 21 credits of course work and 9 credits of research thesis. Plan B includes 27 credits of course work and 3 credits of a technical report. A combination of graduate and upper division undergraduate courses can be taken towards the MS degree.
