Directions: Color A - Redwood Elegance (23535) Color B - Barn Red Elegance (23527) Cast on 59 stitches using a cabled cast-on with Color A. Cabled Cast On: Make a slip knot on left hand needle. Slip right hand needle through loop and pull yarn through as if to knit and place new loop on left needle. Put right needle tip between the two stitches on the left needle and pull yarn through as if to knit. Place new loop on left hand needle. Slip right needle tip between last two stitches on the left needle, pull yarn through as if to knit and place new loop on left hand needle. Continue until you have cast on the number of stitches you need. Row 1: (RS) With A, k1, * skip 1 st and knit into 2nd st, then knit into skipped st, then sl both sts from needle together; k3; rep from *, end last repeat k1. Row 2: With A, k1, * p2, k3; rep from *, end p2, k1. Row 3: With B, k1, * sl 2 wyib, k3; rep from *, end sl 2, k1. Row 4: With B, k1, * sl 2 wyif, k3; rep from *, end sl 2, k1. Repeat the 4-row pattern until you reach desired length. Cast off loosely with Color A.
