ESTUDIO MULTIFACTORIAL DE VULNERABILIDAD Y ESTABILIZACION DE LADERAS (BARRIO CHUALLUMA BAJO SUB ALCALDIA MAX PAREDES DEL G.M.L.P.)

RESUMEN
OBJETIVO Desarrollar una metodologa que permita evaluar la vulnerabilidad multifactorial al deslizamiento en el Barrio Chualluma Bajo de la Sub Alcalda de Max Paredes, implementando si el caso lo requiere, medidas de estabilizacin de taludes.

DESARROLLO DEL PROYECTO DE GRADO. El Proyecto de grado intenta describir conceptual y metodolgicamente la manera de evaluar la vulnerabilidad. Reflexiona acerca de la situacin actual del Barrio Chualluma Bajo, de la Sub Alcaldia Max Paredes del G.M.L.P. El documento hace referencia al estudio de los factores de Vulnerabilidad, segn el principio de Wilches Chaux, el cual ser utilizado para la toma de

decisiones dentro del proceso de la investigacin. El estudio identifica el grado Vulnerabilidad global; se recomienda la adecuacin de medidas estructurales, como el desarrollo de obras de proteccin y la intervencin de la vulnerabilidad de los elementos bajo riesgo, as tambin sugiere medidas no estructurales, como la regulacin de usos del suelo, la incorporacin de aspectos preventivos en los presupuestos de inversin, la estructuracin de Instituciones, Polticas, Organizaciones Comunitarias del Barrio, y la realizacin de preparativos para la atencin de

emergencias con la finalidad de reducir las consecuencias de un posible evento sobre el Barrio Chualluma Bajo. CONCLUSIN. Una vez concluido el proyecto de grado, en funcin del objetivo trazado, a travs del estudio realizado de los factores de Vulnerabilidad, segn el principio de WILCHES CHAUX. Se puede indicar que el Barrio Chualluma Bajo, acusa una Vulnerabilidad media, con una valoracin igual a 2 y una asignacin de 40%.

MULTIFACTOR STUDY OF VULNERABILITY AND STABILIZATION OF SLOPES (CHUALLUMA BAJO NEIGHBORHOOD SUBALCALDIA MAX PAREDES DEL G.M.L.P.)

ABSTRACT
OBJECTIVE The aim is to develop a methodology that permits evaluating the multifactor vulnerability to landslide in the area of Barrio Chualluma Bajo de la Subalcalda de Max Paredes, implementing, if required, slope stabilization measures. DEGREE PROJECT DEVELOPMENT This degree project pursues to describe, in a conceptual and methodological way, the means by which to assess vulnerability to landslide. It ponders on the current situation of the Chualluma Bajo Neighborhood area, which is included in the Sub Alcalda Max Paredes del G.M.L.P. The document alludes the study of vulnerability factors by means of the Wilches Chaux principle, which is used in the decision making along the research process. The study identifies the global vulnerability degree; it recommends the fitting of structural methods, such as the development of protection devices and the intervention of vulnerable elements, but it also suggests taking nonstructural measures, such as the land use regulation, the incorporation of preventive amounts in the inversion budgets, the structure of political institutions and communal organizations in the neighborhood, and the development of emergency policies in order to diminish the consequences of a possible event in the Chualluma Bajo neighborhood. CONCLUSION From the accomplished study of the vulnerability factors, made by the Wilches-Chaux principle, it can be concluded that the Chualluma Bajo neighborhood registers a vulnerability of the medium type, with an appraisement rating of 2 and an assignation of 40%.
