1 Introduction in EBI Neutrino R1

EBI Neutrino R1 the Open Source Framework build with Java offer a scalable portable and adaptable platform for different operating systems. The system is build using standard frameworks like Hibernate and is able to run with databases like MySQL and Oracle. Jasper Report permit the user to work with individual reports over the run time. Graphical components can be disable in real time with the integrated GUI Designer. Beyond all the system is capable to be extended using script languages like Groovy and XML.

1.1 Modules

1.2 Requisite
Operating System Memory Java JVM Database Windows 7, Vista, 2k, XP, UNIX / Linux , MAC OS 512 MB 1024 MB Version: 1.5 1.6 Version: MySQL 5.x , Oracle 8i, 9i 10g and XE

1.3 Execute & Database configuration

EBI Neutrino R1 doesn't require to be installed on your computer, your operating system configuration will remain untouched. After download and extract you will be able to execute it, with the available start files. For Windows use startNeutrinoWindows.bat for Linux startNeutrinoLinux.sh and for Mac OS startNeutrinoMAC.sh. If you run EBI Neutrino R1 for the first time, it will do a check to determine if a database is reachable, otherwise it provide a functionality to configure the database.

If the schema was successfully imported the system is ready to use.

1.4 CRM Configuration

The EBI Neutrino R1 Open Source edition is released in an abstract modus and the user have to configure it with the CRM Settings Dialog. With this method the system is adaptable to the users business requirements.

Category, status and types for the available modules also auto incremental number, Email templates can be customized using the CRM settings dialog.

2 Customer Administration
The EBI Neutrino R1 graphical user interface is intuitive constructed to optimize customer administration. It is simple to use, eliminate overhead and is adaptable for your requirements.

2.1 Leads
First contact to a potential customer is manageable using the leads panel.

The Leads panel is able to convert, leads to customers using the button Load as Customer.

2.2 Customer, Contact, Address, Bank data

With the CRM modules: Customer, Contact, Address and Bank data, you are able to increment the information quality, for example once you load a customer you will be able to visualize available addresses, contacts to communicate efficiently with.

Multiple addresses can associate to a single contact.

Visualize your address data directly in Google Map using the integrate browser plug in.

2.3 Meeting, Activity and Probability

Customer care with the Meetings, Activity, Probability panels. The meeting module allow you to improve the information quality between your customer.

Maintain the overview of Calls, E-Mails, Todo's with the activity panel.

2.4 Offer, Order and Service

The offer panel help the user to support the business sales process. The GUI is simplified to managing with minimum effort available offers.

To improve the usability you can create from available offer an order with one click.

Once a sales process successfully concluded a service panel offer you a tools to managing your after sales customer support.

2.5 E-Mail Client

The integrated E-Mail Client provide standard functionality and also it offer an integrated plug in for Microsoft Outlook.

Assign business Email to a selected customer using pop up menu, Import Outlook data directly into the EBI Neutrino database.

3 Product Module
Warehouse and product management, scalable and easy to use.

Add images, custom properties, it provide a functionality to managing your products in a hierarchical way.

4 Calendar
Appointment, Assignation, TODOs also activity are manageable in your network.

Create your events with Drag&Drop, move available events over the calendar surface, using double clicking to open and edit available event.

7 Project Management Module

The Project Management module provide a tool to administrate and managing projects, scheduling for your company or customers.

Using a Click & Drag to create a tasks. HTML can be used to format the task information. The project management module is in relation to a Product module, ti guarantee the data flow and provide the ability to create products after the project successfully terminated. The integrated pop up menu provide functionality to edit, delete and create relation between available tasks.

8 Invoice Module
The invoice module is in relation with the order module to guarantee an automatize data flow.

Create auto incremental number from a selected category, orders preview in relation to a selected invoice and also you have the possibility to send your invoice via email.
