2 Customer Administration
The EBI Neutrino R1 graphical user interface is intuitive constructed to optimize customer administration. It is simple to use, eliminate overhead and is adaptable for your requirements.
2.1 Leads
First contact to a potential customer is manageable using the leads panel.
The Leads panel is able to convert, leads to customers using the button Load as Customer.
Visualize your address data directly in Google Map using the integrate browser plug in.
Maintain the overview of Calls, E-Mails, Todo's with the activity panel.

To improve the usability you can create from available offer an order with one click.

Once a sales process successfully concluded a service panel offer you a tools to managing your after sales customer support.
Assign business Email to a selected customer using pop up menu, Import Outlook data directly into the EBI Neutrino database.

3 Product Module
Warehouse and product management, scalable and easy to use.
Add images, custom properties, it provide a functionality to managing your products in a hierarchical way.
4 Calendar
Appointment, Assignation, TODOs also activity are manageable in your network.
Create your events with Drag&Drop, move available events over the calendar surface, using double clicking to open and edit available event.

5 Campaign
Campaign administration, integrated in EBI Neutrino R1.

Using a Click & Drag to create a tasks. HTML can be used to format the task information. The project management module is in relation to a Product module, ti guarantee the data flow and provide the ability to create products after the project successfully terminated. The integrated pop up menu provide functionality to edit, delete and create relation between available tasks.
8 Invoice Module
The invoice module is in relation with the order module to guarantee an automatize data flow.
Create auto incremental number from a selected category, orders preview in relation to a selected invoice and also you have the possibility to send your invoice via email.
