this is about pallas scientology and gooseberry mine and dave burgess and troy
regas and lance gilman and _ well its all is relevant to the organized crime -

trip is made to the gooseberry mine property with a gentleman from a

motorcycle club.

the cult and gold mining: some of you know about our problems with
the scientologists from their illegal takeover of athena gold in 1988.
and, there is another untold story as to how the cultists maintained
their illegal takeover.
many may not know about the details of their current takeover
activities of our gooseberry mine properties located in storey county,
nevada . here, they are using the bureau of land management (blm), the
state of nevada bond pool (ndom), storey county, nv officials, and
their legion of helpers picked up along the way to destroy our
properties in the name of "the environment" . also, they are using
george hodge, a vagrant, and arthur white, a self-alleged felon to
vandalize and steal and vandalize from our gooseberry facilities.
these officials have also "worked closely" with a self-employed
attorney, boles, and an equipment salesman, unverzagt.

our company, pallas resource corporation, put up 34 pieces of

equipment as collateral for a reclamation bond, an instrument that
constitutes one of the original frauds committed against the company,
and one that they are now using to literally tear up the place. they
got boles to give an illegal, unauthorized "offer of judgment" that
gave all of our properties to the state as collateral, not just 34
pieces. they got an equipment salesman, john unverzagt to give them a
list of "major assets at the gooseberry mine" that he'd worked up for
pallas that the company was going to use in its re-structuring.
pallas never gave unverzagt authority to hand over that information.
then, they got boles to refuse payment of our storey county taxes, so
they could claim our real estate through the nonpayment of taxes. the
state and its close associates were pulling the strings all the time.
word has it that that the state's actions appear to smack of
subornation of perjury, a charge that graham berry, esq. has often
made against the cult. a real neat bunch, these regulators and their
associates.

pallas had agreed to take on the reclamation bond when it bought the
gooseberry mine properties, because the
selling company, asamera minerals said there were gold and silver
reserves remaining that would be good for a
smaller company. much paperwork was provided to assure such was the
case. this turned out to be a fraud, and
both the nevada bond pool as well as pallas resource corporation was
defrauded through a complex organized deception.

the cult and northern nevada real estate: this one was figured out a
long time ago. michael baybak, otviii, lal gondi, chairman of the
board of haywood securities (b.c.), promoted a company called wall
street ventures. the central asset was worthless u.a.e. stamps they
claimed to be worth us$356,000,000. with the story carried in the
vancouver sun. they talked a vulnerable elderly gentleman, lon morris
and his equally elderly associates into accepting 35 tons of these
stamps for a position in morris and associates' partnership with a
robert eves. eves was represented by mark gunderson, pallas' attorney
who has all the appearances to pallas of double dealing with the cult.
complex maneuvers and a major con job was developed. the object?:
11,000 acres of land around peavine mountain, much of it within the
city limits of reno, without paying for it. some of this land is
prime real estate where mcqueen high school, shopping centers,
apartment, condo, and single family dwellings, and a major casino are
now constructed. i-80 and hwy 395 plus internal roads make for easy
travel. with this huge real estate project has brought a lot of
lawyer and politician contacts and alliances with many original
landowners getting royally screwed in the process. a rumor passed
about among some of the building sub-contractors, "the owners of this
property didn't get a dime."
now, there appears to be justification to suspecting that the sizable
south meadows development to the south of reno may have a bigger cult
smell to it than originally thought. the new tahoe/reno industrial
center, asamera's former 105,000 acre property appears to be really
tainted. is the tax exempt cult, operating behind its lawyers, taking
over the state with taxpayers paying for the corruption and their own
destruction?

the cult and prostitution: l. lance gilman (

www.lancegilmanreal estate.com ) is said to enter the picture in 1998
with a purchase of the 105,000 acres of asamera ranch land with
partners, the normans. this acreage makes up 70% of storey county, and
pallas' gooseberry property of 560 acres is located right in the
middle of this large property. it is the hole in their donut, and
gunderson and his associates want the property back. in the area of
influence is the world famous mustang ranch, joe conforte's place.
joe does battle with the irs and blm, and the justice dept decides
that it will lock up joe for income tax evasion. joe says, no way mr.
taxman, i'm outta here to south america with my bagful of money. so,
the mustang ranch property and building is confiscated by blm and the
irs, and the building is sold on ebay to l. lance gilman. gilman
thinks the copyrights go with the building. a fight is begun with mr.
david burgess and storey county rejects mr. burgess' brothel license
on his old bridge ranch. but, mr. burgess has been operating there
for years, so why not renew his license? but, it appears that mr.
gilman wants to run mr. burgess out of business so he can have all the
prostitution business for his wild horse canyon brothel and spa just a
few miles east on i-80.

[[for those on ars who may be interested in going to mr. gilman's

brothel, go east on i-80 from reno, take the patrick (nv) exit, go
right after crossing the rr tracks to his new facility. mr. gilman
wants the mustang building for "museum purposes", and is said to have
paid $145,000. it is believed that what he really wants are the
copyrights to the mustang ranch, which has belonged to conforte and
heirs, or whoever, for the past 20 or more years. at any rate, the
mustang logo, copyrights, etc, don't appear to belong to lance gilman.

mark h. "buzzword" gunderson: l. lance gilman is represented in a

case involving his wild horse canyon brothel & spa by mark h.
"buzzword" gunderson. gunderson formerly, allegedly represented
pallas against the scientology crowd and athena gold for a few years.
pallas has many questions to ask "buzzword". in retrospect, gunderson
spent a lot of time downplaying critical facts that could have been
used to question the scientologists and their cronies.
he refused to conduct questioning regarding 1) the salting of 6 drill
holes on the talapoosa, 2) richard brown and the disappearance of an
irrevocable proxy, 3) the cooking of serona's books, 4) created 2
stipulated settlement agreements that were non-agreements, 5) sold
pallas' information for $14,000 to time magazine behind pallas' back,
6) refused to question kenneth j. gerbino for having over 1,600,000
shares of athena gold stock in his "mutual fund" trading account, and
how about that priest, 7) refused to question michael baybak and lal
gondi about their role in wall street ventures and its connections to
the peavine mountain properties. this appears to put buzzword and
baybak on the same side all along, fprivate "type=pict;alt= cool"refused to
deliver up all of
pallas' information pertaining to michael baybak and information
pertaining to certain other scientologists. 9) refused to use the
atack information pertaining to the "libertarians" , that is, the
libertarian party and the scientology connections. 10) refused to
bring up mail and wire fraud charges when monies were illegally
transferred out of athena's account to vancouver by brown and scholz.
11) refused to give the name of that mysterious hotshot california
lawyer, now believed to be osa lawyers, moxon and bowles.

in depositions taken of jordan in the athena gold cases, gunderson

would stop the questioning and take jordan into a private conference
room. tagging along would be his "friendly legal assistant", kathy
price to act as a witness. buzzword would say, now, jordan, i've told
you not to mention scientology, the cult or any other "buzzwords" in
this deposition or at anytime. judge brent adams doesn't want to hear
about scientology in his courtroom, and i don't want any scientology
connections and buzzwords brought up. going to the conference room
occurred several times admonishing jordan not to bring up any
"buzzwords". lots of questions await "buzzword".

lawsuit no. 1: the first lawsuit involves old bridge ranch (obr) and
storey county for discontinuing its brothel license. discontinuance of
the license by those in power said the reason was that old bridge
ranch was tied to the hell's angels, which they called a criminal
organization. therefore, old bridge ranch could not operate a
brothel. the nevada supreme court disagreed with the lower court, the
same court and judge that screwed pallas, and reversed the decision.
storey county loses. obr wins and also wins a bunch of money.

lawsuit no. 2: the next lawsuit is obr against gilman for obr's
copyright. these lawsuits attract pallas' attention to see if there
are any common grounds against gilman. pallas didn't know the
ingredients of the ongoing lawsuit between l. lance gilman and david
burgess, but it was soon to find out.

in the meantime, a fight is ongoing between pallas and the

conspirators, the blm, state of nevada, storey
county and the vagrant and alleged felon and a sprinkling of others in
the cast. word is put forth that "the developers" are pushing the
state to take over pallas' property and re-sell back to them for a
cheap price. they want to put in a paramilitary training facility and
a gun range, according to sources. perhaps, one similar to frontsight.
and, the reverend gilman can hold prayer meetings there and marry off
people between shootings.

a call was made to david burgess seeking information. it is stated in

an internet article that he is the major brothel competitor to lance
gilman. mr. burgess is never reached. however, a discussion of the
destruction of our gooseberry properties takes place with mr.
burgess's manager, mr. troy regas. it is agreed to make an immediate
trip to the gooseberry to talk with art white and george hodge.

mr. regas is a no nonsense guy. he just wants the facts and

information and no lies. both white and hodge admit they have been
stripping electrical wire for sale. regas asks who owns the premises
that they are living on, and they say pallas does, not blm or the
state as they've been told to say. mr. regas asks that they present
some evidence that they have authority to live at the gooseberry and
do what they are doing. they await questioning on many more details of
theft and destruction, but state that they are getting ready to move.
they are told to get in touch with their "sponsors", blm, the state,
storey county, john unverzagt, and the developers (gilman and the
normans), about our visit. mr. regas leaves his telephone # for the
interested parties to contact him.

hell's angels vs. scientology ( ? ) :

in lawsuit no. 1, it was claimed by storey county that the hell's

angels are a criminal organization and was the reason that mr.
burgess' brothel permit was not renewed. however, storey county did
not reveal that they were dealing with scientologists, and mining
companies who were involved with scientologists, and that the
scientology cult had been in more financial scams, frauds, corporate
thefts, and criminal acts than there are total members in the hell's
angels' motorcycle club. there are several mining companies within
the boundaries of storey county who have direct and indirect ties to
scientology: 1) asamera minerals*, 2) miramar mines (mae.to)**, 3)
athena gold - adjoins storey county, 4) ventora, 5) others.

operating behind lawyers and corporate fronts within storey county and
northern nevada for years, the scientologists have been able to keep
their presence a secret. david burgess and troy regas are just now
learning about the undisclosed criminal nature of their newly arriving
competitors, who are trying to run them out of business, just as they
are having the state and blm do to pallas in the gooseberry scandal.
it is an interesting twist of affairs as joe conforte is charged with
tax evasion of a few dollars and is stripped of his properties while
scientology gains a tax exemption and windfall back tax reduction
amounting to over one billion dollars (us $1,000,000,000. 00) on
october 1, 1993, and the cult's "connections" seek to take over the
working girl business in the local area. and, the justice dept turns
blind, deaf, and dumb. now, that one billion dollars has grown to
probably over five billions over the past 11 years as politicians and
regulators ignore the facts and become bullies alongside the
cult/ists, or is it organized crime?

pallas nor any of its corporate officials have ever had any dealings
with the hell's angels and know nothing about
their activities. all dealings with them to date have been very
straight forward and above board, that is, questions, answers and
verification about the gooseberry scandal and the fact that lance
gilman and the normans want it without paying for it. the company's
experience is supplemented by a few folks who claim to have had casual
contact with a few members of the motor cycle club over the years.
they relate no bad experiences. this is totally unlike the
backstabbing and double dealing experiences forced upon the company by
representatives of the criminal scientology cult, "a criminal
organization day in and day out"-aznaran.

latest from george and art: we chopped up wire and vandalized the
place because jordan and pallas owed us money. this lie was started
by unverzagt, as he gave them an excuse to vandalize. wait till he
and they receive pallas' bill for wasting its properties.

*asamera minerals - political friends go all the way to governor

guinn.

**miramar mines, inc - resident agent: tom erwin, esq., his law
partner, pierre hascheff, esq.. hascheff is on the reno city council.
erwin never did deliver the 868 "vancouver papers" to pallas, nor did
buzzword press erwin for them as he was told. gross sales of stock
from the illegal takeover of athena gold to unsuspecting investors and
tax
benefits to date appear to be over us $110,000,000. 00.

the reno legal fraternity: in a word, corrupt to the core. newcomers

beware. maybe, the hells angels can take its place.

one source of funds for the los angeles-based church is the notorious,
self-regulated stock exchange in vancouver, british columbia, often
called the scam capital of the world. the exchange's 2,300 penny-stock
listings account for $4 billion in annual trading. local journalists
and insiders claim the vast majority range from total washouts to
outright frauds.

two scientologists who operate there are kenneth gerbino and michael
baybak, 20-year church veterans from beverly hills who are major
donors to the cult. gerbino, 45, is a money manager, marketmaker and
publisher of a national financial newsletter. he has boasted in
scientology journals that he owes all his stock-picking success to l.
ron hubbard. that's not saying much: gerbino's newsletter picks since
1985 have cumulatively returned 24%, while the dow jones industrial
average has more than doubled. nevertheless gerbino's short-term gains
can be stupendous. a survey last october found gerbino to be the only
manager who made money in the third quarter of 1990, thanks to gold
and other resource stocks. for the first quarter of 1991, gerbino was
dead last. baybak, 49, who runs a public relations company staffed
with scientologists, apparently has no ethics problem with engineering
a hostile takeover of a firm he is hired to promote.

neither man agreed to be interviewed for this story, yet both

threatened legal action through attorneys. "what these guys do is take
over companies, hype the stock, sell their shares, and then there's
nothing left," says john campbell, a former securities lawyer who was
a director of mining company athena gold until baybak and gerbino took
it over.

the pattern has become familiar. the pair promoted a mining venture
called skylark resources, whose stock traded at nearly $4 a share in
1987. the outfit soon crashed, and the stock is around 2 cents. neti
technologies, a software company, was trumpeted in the press as "the
next xerox" and in 1984 rose to a market value of $120 million with
baybak's help. the company, which later collapsed, was delisted two
months ago by the vancouver exchange.

baybak appeared in 1989 at the helm of wall street ventures, a

start-up that announced it owned 35 tons of rare middle eastern
postage stamps -- worth $100 million -- and was buying the world's
largest collection of southern arabian stamps (worth $350 million).
steven c. rockefeller jr. of the oil family and former hockey star
denis potvin joined the company in top posts, but both say they quit
when they realized the stamps were virtually worthless. "the stamps
were created by sand-dune nations to exploit collectors," says michael
laurence, editor of linn's stamp news, america's largest stamp
journal. after the stock topped $6, it began a steady descent, with
baybak unloading his shares along the way. today it trades at 18
cents.

athena gold, the current object of baybak's and gerbino's attentions,

was founded by entrepreneur william jordan. he turned to an
established vancouver broker in 1987 to help finance the company, a
4,500-acre mining property near reno. the broker promised to raise
more than $3 million and soon brought baybak and gerbino into the
deal. jordan never got most of the money, but the cult members ended
up with a good deal of cheap stock and options. next they elected
directors who were friendly to them and set in motion a series of
complex maneuvers to block jordan from voting stock he controlled and
to run him out of the company. "i've been an honest policeman all my
life and i've seen the worst kinds of crimes, and this ranks high,"
says former athena shareholder thomas clark, a 20-year veteran of
reno's police force who has teamed up with jordan to try to get the
gold mine back. "they stole this man's property."

with baybak as chairman, the two scientologists and their staffs are
promoting athena, not always accurately. a letter to shareholders with
the 1990 annual report claims placer dome, one of america's largest
gold-mining firms, has committed at least $25.5 million to develop the
mine. that's news to placer dome. "there is no pre-commitment, " says
placer executive cole mcfarland. "we're not going to spend that money
unless survey results justify the expenditure. "

baybak's firm represented western resource technologies, a houston

oil-and-gas company, but got the boot in october. laughs steven
mcguire, president of western resource: "his is a p.r. firm in need of
a p.r. firm." but mcguire cannot laugh too freely. baybak and other
scientologists, including the estate of l. ron hubbard, still control
huge blocks of his company's stock.

then ran him out of the company ] "
