this is about pallas scientology and gooseberry mine and dave burgess and troy
regas and lance gilman and _ well its all is relevant to the organized crime -
the cult and gold mining: some of you know about our problems with
the scientologists from their illegal takeover of athena gold in 1988.
and, there is another untold story as to how the cultists maintained
their illegal takeover.
many may not know about the details of their current takeover
activities of our gooseberry mine properties located in storey county,
nevada . here, they are using the bureau of land management (blm), the
state of nevada bond pool (ndom), storey county, nv officials, and
their legion of helpers picked up along the way to destroy our
properties in the name of "the environment" . also, they are using
george hodge, a vagrant, and arthur white, a self-alleged felon to
vandalize and steal and vandalize from our gooseberry facilities.
these officials have also "worked closely" with a self-employed
attorney, boles, and an equipment salesman, unverzagt.
pallas had agreed to take on the reclamation bond when it bought the
gooseberry mine properties, because the
selling company, asamera minerals said there were gold and silver
reserves remaining that would be good for a
smaller company. much paperwork was provided to assure such was the
case. this turned out to be a fraud, and
both the nevada bond pool as well as pallas resource corporation was
defrauded through a complex organized deception.
the cult and northern nevada real estate: this one was figured out a
long time ago. michael baybak, otviii, lal gondi, chairman of the
board of haywood securities (b.c.), promoted a company called wall
street ventures. the central asset was worthless u.a.e. stamps they
claimed to be worth us$356,000,000. with the story carried in the
vancouver sun. they talked a vulnerable elderly gentleman, lon morris
and his equally elderly associates into accepting 35 tons of these
stamps for a position in morris and associates' partnership with a
robert eves. eves was represented by mark gunderson, pallas' attorney
who has all the appearances to pallas of double dealing with the cult.
complex maneuvers and a major con job was developed. the object?:
11,000 acres of land around peavine mountain, much of it within the
city limits of reno, without paying for it. some of this land is
prime real estate where mcqueen high school, shopping centers,
apartment, condo, and single family dwellings, and a major casino are
now constructed. i-80 and hwy 395 plus internal roads make for easy
travel. with this huge real estate project has brought a lot of
lawyer and politician contacts and alliances with many original
landowners getting royally screwed in the process. a rumor passed
about among some of the building sub-contractors, "the owners of this
property didn't get a dime."
now, there appears to be justification to suspecting that the sizable
south meadows development to the south of reno may have a bigger cult
smell to it than originally thought. the new tahoe/reno industrial
center, asamera's former 105,000 acre property appears to be really
tainted. is the tax exempt cult, operating behind its lawyers, taking
over the state with taxpayers paying for the corruption and their own
destruction?
lawsuit no. 1: the first lawsuit involves old bridge ranch (obr) and
storey county for discontinuing its brothel license. discontinuance of
the license by those in power said the reason was that old bridge
ranch was tied to the hell's angels, which they called a criminal
organization. therefore, old bridge ranch could not operate a
brothel. the nevada supreme court disagreed with the lower court, the
same court and judge that screwed pallas, and reversed the decision.
storey county loses. obr wins and also wins a bunch of money.
lawsuit no. 2: the next lawsuit is obr against gilman for obr's
copyright. these lawsuits attract pallas' attention to see if there
are any common grounds against gilman. pallas didn't know the
ingredients of the ongoing lawsuit between l. lance gilman and david
burgess, but it was soon to find out.
operating behind lawyers and corporate fronts within storey county and
northern nevada for years, the scientologists have been able to keep
their presence a secret. david burgess and troy regas are just now
learning about the undisclosed criminal nature of their newly arriving
competitors, who are trying to run them out of business, just as they
are having the state and blm do to pallas in the gooseberry scandal.
it is an interesting twist of affairs as joe conforte is charged with
tax evasion of a few dollars and is stripped of his properties while
scientology gains a tax exemption and windfall back tax reduction
amounting to over one billion dollars (us $1,000,000,000. 00) on
october 1, 1993, and the cult's "connections" seek to take over the
working girl business in the local area. and, the justice dept turns
blind, deaf, and dumb. now, that one billion dollars has grown to
probably over five billions over the past 11 years as politicians and
regulators ignore the facts and become bullies alongside the
cult/ists, or is it organized crime?
pallas nor any of its corporate officials have ever had any dealings
with the hell's angels and know nothing about
their activities. all dealings with them to date have been very
straight forward and above board, that is, questions, answers and
verification about the gooseberry scandal and the fact that lance
gilman and the normans want it without paying for it. the company's
experience is supplemented by a few folks who claim to have had casual
contact with a few members of the motor cycle club over the years.
they relate no bad experiences. this is totally unlike the
backstabbing and double dealing experiences forced upon the company by
representatives of the criminal scientology cult, "a criminal
organization day in and day out"-aznaran.
latest from george and art: we chopped up wire and vandalized the
place because jordan and pallas owed us money. this lie was started
by unverzagt, as he gave them an excuse to vandalize. wait till he
and they receive pallas' bill for wasting its properties.
**miramar mines, inc - resident agent: tom erwin, esq., his law
partner, pierre hascheff, esq.. hascheff is on the reno city council.
erwin never did deliver the 868 "vancouver papers" to pallas, nor did
buzzword press erwin for them as he was told. gross sales of stock
from the illegal takeover of athena gold to unsuspecting investors and
tax
benefits to date appear to be over us $110,000,000. 00.

one source of funds for the los angeles-based church is the notorious,
self-regulated stock exchange in vancouver, british columbia, often
called the scam capital of the world. the exchange's 2,300 penny-stock
listings account for $4 billion in annual trading. local journalists
and insiders claim the vast majority range from total washouts to
outright frauds.
two scientologists who operate there are kenneth gerbino and michael
baybak, 20-year church veterans from beverly hills who are major
donors to the cult. gerbino, 45, is a money manager, marketmaker and
publisher of a national financial newsletter. he has boasted in
scientology journals that he owes all his stock-picking success to l.
ron hubbard. that's not saying much: gerbino's newsletter picks since
1985 have cumulatively returned 24%, while the dow jones industrial
average has more than doubled. nevertheless gerbino's short-term gains
can be stupendous. a survey last october found gerbino to be the only
manager who made money in the third quarter of 1990, thanks to gold
and other resource stocks. for the first quarter of 1991, gerbino was
dead last. baybak, 49, who runs a public relations company staffed
with scientologists, apparently has no ethics problem with engineering
a hostile takeover of a firm he is hired to promote.
the pattern has become familiar. the pair promoted a mining venture
called skylark resources, whose stock traded at nearly $4 a share in
1987. the outfit soon crashed, and the stock is around 2 cents. neti
technologies, a software company, was trumpeted in the press as "the
next xerox" and in 1984 rose to a market value of $120 million with
baybak's help. the company, which later collapsed, was delisted two
months ago by the vancouver exchange.
with baybak as chairman, the two scientologists and their staffs are
promoting athena, not always accurately. a letter to shareholders with
the 1990 annual report claims placer dome, one of america's largest
gold-mining firms, has committed at least $25.5 million to develop the
mine. that's news to placer dome. "there is no pre-commitment, " says
placer executive cole mcfarland. "we're not going to spend that money
unless survey results justify the expenditure. "
