TOWNSHIP OF EWING

PLANNING BOARD AGENDA


The Ewing Township Planning Board will hold a workshop session for Olden Avenue Redevelop-
ment at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 7, 2007. The workshop will be followed by the Ewing
Township Planning Board’s regularly scheduled meeting at 7:30 p.m. in the Township Council
Room, Municipal Complex, 2 Jake Garzio Drive, Ewing, NJ. The Agenda for the meeting is as
follows:

James Cunningham/Scott Schlenker Applicant is requesting minor subdivision


1819 & 1821 Pennington Road approval with variances. New lot area will be
Block 261, Lots 9 & 14 used for lawn and garden purposes and no new
R2 Zone development is intended or proposed as a result
of application. Applicant is also requesting any
other variances or waivers deemed necessary by
the Board.

Mary Jane Cooper and John J. Bilik Applicant is requesting minor subdivision
Jacobs Creek Road approval for Lot 1 in Block 437, in exactly the
Block 437, Lot 1 same size and configuration as it currently
R1 Zone appears on Ewing Township Tax Map in con-
junction with applicant’s proposed construction
of new single family residence on lot. Applicant
is also requesting any other variances or waivers
deemed necessary by the Board.

Sovereign Bank Applicant is requesting amended preliminary


950 Parkway Avenue and final site plan approval in order to eliminate
Block 478, Lot 33 the prohibition of right hand turns from the
BH Zone drive-thru lanes toward Farrell Avenue.
Applicant is also requesting any other variances
or waivers deemed necessary by the Board.
William Hoagland Applicant is requesting minor subdivision
231 Robbins Avenue approval with variances to create three new lots
Block 30, Lots 304 thru 311 to construct two new dwellings and retain
IP-3 Zone existing dwelling. Applicant is also requesting
any other variances or waivers deemed
necessary by the Board.

Ewing Equities Applicant is requesting minor subdivision


North Olden Ave. Extension & Arctic Parkway approval with variances to subdivide existing
Block 13.01. Lot 11 corner property into two lots. Applicant is also
BH Zone requesting any other variances or waivers
deemed necessary by the Board.

Karshan, LLC Applicant is requesting preliminary and final


2085 Pennington Road site plan approval with variances and waivers
Block 229.08, Lot 11 for addition of drive-through window and
BN Zone additional improvements and signage for
existing Dunkin Donuts. Applicant is also
requesting any other variances or waivers
deemed necessary by the Board.
