T. Ferris:

1. Verify CASA/FAA ‘Flight System” requirement specification

2. Requirement: the system shall produce a clearing air space is added to
system requirements
3. Requirement: the system shall have ground station facility is added to
system requirements
4. Requirement: ground terminal shall monitor the launch is to be change
ground terminal shall monitor the whole flight
5. Requirement: GT shall be monitoring the weather condition area of no
less than 25 km is to be change to GT shall be monitoring the weather
condition area of no less than 200 km
6. Age limit is not considered as a requirement, the requirement is considered to
be changed to fitness training. This will require training facility
7. Passenger training will require training facility
8. Requirement: Environmental friendly needs to be expanded to several sub
requirements such as materials, emission, and hazardous level.
9. Requirement: Ground support needs to be expanded
10. Requirement: User friendly needs to be expanded
11. Requirement: System shall have back up system in case of emergency
needs to be expanded
12. Requirement: launching and landing site shall have 20km away from
residential and agricultural area need to be verified.

Task:
1. Each group completes first draft of requirement specification respectively
and send to other groups on Monday 2006-08-22.
2. Whole class analyses and discusses the documents to combine coherently to
final draft which is due on Friday 2006-08-25
